The Ice Queen is located in the Ice Queen Lair below White Wolf Mountain. She is level 111 and drops the ice gloves. She can be safe spotted if done right, which I go more into detail in another video, here: • How to "Safe Spot" the...
The only requirements needed to get to the Ice Queen are a pickax and 50 or higher mining. The lair is large so some weight reducing gear or energy potions/stamina potions are recommended as well as food. The Ice Queen is in a multi-combat zone surrounded by level 57 ice warriors.

I just brought melee gear a full load of sharks and ate 3, 60 att, 50 str and 40 def, not hard :)
