    Day 1: complete but no difference
    Day 2: complete but no difference
    Day 3: complete, it slimmed down just a bit
    Day 4: complete, i started to notice that my jawline was getting developed and my cheekbones were getting noticeable
    Day 5: complete, they are the same
    Day 6: Complete, My jawline was getting tighter and overall more sharp and strong, my face was the same
    Day 7, Complete, It was the same from day
    Overall: My face definitely changed and my jawline, i recommended these exercises to anyone. I have tips to help you guys out, drink water, try to only drink water for a week, no soda or anything with a lot of sugar. Avoid foods with a lot of sodium, this will make your face puffy, Diets high in salt cause the body to retain water. Water retention causes swelling and puffiness in various parts of the body, including the face.
    Eat more healthy. Those tips helped me out a lot. I did these exercises 3-5 times a day and drank 5-6 bottles of water for one week. Keep this in mind, people have different results so you might not see it in a week but other than that, that was my 1 week experience. (4 months later) i totally recommend doing exercise in general, it helps alot , trust, just have a plan and workout routine

      @@Gk-dv4xx I’m 13 and it’s been my 2nd or 3rd week, I lost track but, if you want a jawline and a slim face, I would definitely recommend, only if your in good shape and have good weight, if your overweight, you’re gonna be wasting time but if you have good weight, you should be fine , my jawline is sharp now and my cheekbones are almost at its fullest potential, maybe another week or 2 but to answer your question, yes, I’m 13 and doing it and about enter my freshman year.

    Its actually working for me I can already see the results, my jaw was more sharper and my chin is giving me a vline shape and my face is thinner compared to the other months before I do these exercises, Im doing it regularly everyday, let's wait for the further results, hoping it will slim and toned down my cheek bones and jaw

      I tried doing this exercise daily but i felt way WAY too much tension in my jaw while doing this. It was way too painful. Thius only happened to me though, and yes i have done this for 3 weeks and i see visual improvements in my jawline

    I'm 54 y.o. and this is my 8th day on this routine. At 5th day I started doing it twice a day, and... there is a noticeable improvement! I was told so today. So, if a woman of my age can see results, so young people keep doing it and will see results too.
    In the other hand and no less important, face and neck muscles are more relaxed, this has been always a problem for me. I'm more relaxed and sleeping better after so long time...
    I'll continue exercising

    I did this for 1 month, 2 times each day and honestly, yes it works. Its the perfect facial workout if you have acne like I do and want to avoid touching the face as much as possible, or with the least flare ups. Still you have to always wash your hands before you do it, since because of the chin massage, its made a few whiteheads appear near my jaw. And if you have acne on your cheeks just dont do the Masticatory muscle massage(rubbing cheeks), instead just wait until your face isnt that sore (if it is). Anyways, My face isnt round anymore and its a lot more defined, I still have a tiiny bit of cheek fat although barely noticeable unless you checked really closely. My jawline is more defined as well, but it never really affected my double chin since its still noticeable if I slightly lower my head(I already had a noticeable jawline before doing this btw). Since most of the fat on my face is gone, its also made my face look more symmetric, since before, my face looked "bigger" on one side. Unexpectedly, its also made my collar bone more defined, this is probably because of the last part of the exercise. I never changed diets and just ate how I normally do, lots of sweets included. There wont be clear changes in 2-3 days, only per week can you see the change(at least in the beginning) in my last week especially, I could see noticeable changes each day. Hope this helps

    DAY 1: fixing my wide jaw!
    not a difference yet. I did it twice today
    DAY 2: my face isnt as puffy anymore. jaw getting a little sharper. i did it 4 times today.
    DAY 3: back of my jaw getting smaller. its not as wide anymore. and chin still the same but got a lil sharper. i did it 3 times today
    DAY 4: I’m actually seeing a really big difference by the chin area !! did this 2 times today
    DAY 5: my whole jaw kinda hurts, but I’m seeing a huge difference from when I started doing this then a after.
    DAY 6: honestly after day six you see a really big difference. i stopped doing it because i liked the way my jaw looks
    after 2 months I saw a big difference it works!

    I did this for about 3/1 weeks did cardiovascular excercises every morning and calorie deficit.After that i went from 69.8kg to 60.9kg real quick and i had a more visible jawline not as sharp as his tho and my face went slim highly recommend this video if you want to have a defined jawline and slim face.Also drink water everyday about 3 liters to reduce some fat and when you start eating food chew it slowly dont swallow too fast that's what makes you gain weight too...

    I've done this for about 4 days now, twice a day, and I have actually started to notice changes after about the 3rd day. Will follow up after a full week
    update: I am now Chinward Chad, I use my jawline to fight crime and cut vegetables.
    For real though this actually works pretty well. Just keep up with it every few days and you'll see a noticeable improvement

      u have to eat right, cut down the salted food and sodas, and sweets. Only drink water, exercise, do this facial type exercises and ur face will improve

    If anyone is still interested if these exercises work or not, they do. The first result will have been seen in a week. I suggest you to do them twice a day(morning/before going to bed). Also do not overdo them! It's always better to wait for better results.

    day 1: finished!! that tongue rolling was so hard and tiring but i'm pretty sure that it will worth it. don't do the massages without any moisturizer or facial oil by the way!

    Been doing for 24 days and I'm dieting to forgot to tell you guys the result
    Day 1 : done nothing change but I remember I was feeling the burn after the rolling
    2 day : done nothing change
    My jaw Hurts
    3 day : done nothing change and it hurts but i ain't gonna give up
    4 day : nothing change no never gonna give up
    5 day : notice some a little change I think my jawline getting sharp a little bit
    6 day : notice some changes my face slim down a little bit but still daw ayaw from a v sharp :>
    Day 7 : done still the same
    Day 8 : done still the same
    Day 9 : I notice my jawline getting Hella SHARP and my face slimming down wow
    Day 10 : my parents notice that my face is changing like my jaw line and they say my face slimming down they told me to stop doing this Cause my face haved inpection but I ain't gonna stop lol I'm just gonna hide some where that I can do this work out
    Day 11 : I notice my jaw shape getting change like a v shape and my jawline so sharp not that sharp but looks already sharp to me lol
    Day 12 : done nothing change still the same as yesterday
    Day 13 : done nothing changes
    Day 14 : done my head hurts and my jawline 😢
    Day 15 : didn't do it cause it hurts
    Day 16 : didn't do it
    Day 17 I'm feeling little better but still didn't do it I think I need I little more rest

    Day 20 : starting to notice my my jaw shape starting to look like v shape great

    Day 22 : my face slim alot and my jaw line looks like a little bit of c shape I'm starting to have more confidence.
    Day 23 : guys I think this is not me my parents didn't notice that this is me no just kidding my face slim down alot I don't if I'm this anymore
    24: I stopped it cause I like the look of my face now my jawline now looks like a v shape my face slim down as my cheek bone visible
    This is worth the pain like issas said no pain no gain I like my face it's look like this is not me anymore thank you issas for this workout btw I do this 4 times everyday. Bye guys

    Dear guy who keeps asking about coffee and stuff: Do most facial exercises everyday 2-3 times, if ur gonna drink coffee then make sure it’s black not milk, and get some exercise if u got a double chin. Otherwise, just wait until tomorrow.

    Day 1: ✔️ My double chin barely shows, but when I look down you can see it a little. Expecting for my cheeks and neck to slim down as much as possible.
    Day 2: ✔️ Not much of a difference, except for my chin that looks more defined. The massages from both videos are really good.
    Day 3: ✔️ My jaw actually feels sore and the exercises get even more satisfying to do. It’s crazy how I already see a difference!
    Day 4: ✔️ My face looks slimmer and it’s only been 4 days. I’m loving it!🥳
    Day 5: ✔️ I skipped this day but did it twice the next day.
    Day 6: ✔️ x2 Completed!
    Day 7: ✔️ My face continues to slim down and I’m very excited to keep going.🤩

    Doing for 1 week!
    (I'm doing it twice a day)
    --------------------------------------
    Day 1: Hurt but no difference
    Day 2: Hurt no difference
    Day 3: Small difference from day1 but from far away you cant see a difference I'm starting to have doubt but I will continue
    Day 4: I only had time to do this once but i do see a difference from day 1 its small but it seems to be working I have high hopes that this will work again
    Day 5: My jawline is more defined then it was before Its amazing that this actually worked
    Day 6: My jawline doesn't look as sharp as it did before but my face does feel lighter
    Day 7: It worked my face feels lighter
    After thoughts: Im going to say some tips to help you get better results
    Tip 1: drink lots of water and dont drink to much soda
    Tip 2: i would recommend doing this for 3 weeks to get better results
    Tip 3: Do exercise as well it helps the process go faster

    edit: there were very little results to the workout. my jawline did define a bit though!

    I'm a girl and I'm trying this. I'll test it out!
    DAY 1: Did this more than once today, I actually lost count. Maybe 5 times today. Results: My face buuuurned, and I'm positive this is gonna work after that.
    DAY 2: I see a difference although it's still the same but definitely not like yesterday~ I've done it 3 times today and my face did show signs of muscle aching but I pushed through. I'm feeling confident with this even if it's the 2nd day!
    DAY 3: Done it 3 or 4 times today, still not noticeable, same as yesterday. I’ve had a little cheat day today, had some ice cream and foods containing fat so I’ll cut down on that as well and focus on my diet and see how it goes.
    DAY 4: Only did it once today, results are still the same.
    DAY 5: Did it 2-3 times today, results, I actually see a change!!! I didn’t realize it for myself at first but my sister told me my face looked a little more slimmer since I naturally have chubby cheeks. This is really working!
    DAY 7: I haven't updated this in a while but it definitely DOES WORK. At the 7th day which was last week Sunday, I saw a definite change! Now this whole week i feel more confident with my face. I ate a lot and that's my fault but definitely should try it it works!!😂❤

    Day 1: just started so no different
    Day 2: difference isn’t that big yet but I definitely see a differences
    Day 3: I can definitely confirm it’s working
    Day 4: not sooo different from day 3,my jaws sharper, but my cheeks lil chubby still lol
    Day 5: not THAT Big of a difference today but it’s working
    Day 6: my jaw is almost a V Shape
    Day 7: sry it’s late but no different from day 6 :)
    Day 8: my chin is a V shape but under my cheeks are still chubby
    EDIT: it’s been a month and I’ve crewed gum every day and my jawline’s A LOT sharper and my cheek bones are actually showing

    Update: hi sorry i haven't don't any updates. I had to put this on hold because I've been too busy at work and family its nearly impossible for me to have alone time. But I'm going to start the face exercises again. Overall, I think it actually worked. I noticed my chin getting a little more defined, so did my jaw. But maybe because i stopped for a while, my extra skin that creates a double chin isn't reducing so i will work on that. Please keep it up if you are doing this exercise, it's a rly good addition to your daily routine! I've been doing a diet since last week that has helped me lose 2 kg so far so I'm super happy. I'm gonna start doing the facial routine with the diet together. Anyway good luck guys!

    day 1: only did it once today as I found this at night. completed it and it definitely hurt. the tongue exercise for me is the worst one yet and there’s no difference. hopefully I will remember to update!
    day 2: first time today, I could inly do 10 tongue turns before it started hurting really badly, my throat and jaw definitely aches more so thats good in a way, I’ll probably update on my second time later (forgot)
    Day 3: twice today, getting easier to do. definitley improvement!
    day 4: twice, yet it hurt like it did the first time. no improvement since day 3
    day 5: once today, hurt again but not as bad. A little more improvement since day 4, wouldn’t be noticeable from long distances though. Tongue exercise only hurt on the last 10 seconds!
    Update: I forgot to edit this the last few days that I did it. But I stopped on day 8, with the results I was hoping to achieve. If you want to do this I recommend doing it twice a day (once in the morning, once at night) every day for a week or so. My face shape didn’t need much improvement before, but I wanted a sharper jawline and a little less chub on my cheeks and it worked amazingly, sorry if I’ve kept you waiting, I just haven’t been able to of it recently because Christmas was coming up and Ive been busy with presents and staying with family. These workouts will have amazing results no matter what you are trying to achieve with them!

    I've been making it for 5 days and it works! I only make it 2-3 times a day. You really need self -discipline for this exercise. Keep doing it and you gonna love the result. Every body will give different result so do not compare your result with others. 💖

    I was scrolling down here in youtube and i saw Isaac's channel,i tried the face slimmer and nose slimmer and it really works.. In the first and send day nothibg change but in my third day,i saw that my face slim a little bit,my double chin started to loose and my nose breathing got tighten a bit and you'll definitely see the difference.. Continue to do it and it just get better and better.. Also,dieting helps.. I started to loose weight because i felt insecure with others and day 3 of my diet,face and nose slim.. I changed a little bit so before you do this slim,loose weight to for them to make it balnce,try it guys,trust me!!!

    I have tried many facial exercises before, however, this one is the one that shows effect. This is VERY effective and I see changes even without doing it every day (although I should keep up with the exercise, sometimes I just didn't make it...)

    Day 1: no change ✅
    Day 2: no change, but feeling more tired and limber ✅
    Note: no changes seen in face or jaw, feeling quite deflated and hopeless 😞 I will continue on though..
    Day 3: small changes seen in face and jaw! I accidentally caught myself in the mirror earlier today, and was surprised that I thought my face looked smaller! After doing the exercises today, I noticed that my jawline has improved slightly! And the sagging of my chin skin/ double chin has slightly reduced!! I am feeling very positive now to keep on going 🥰🥰✅
    Day 4: face feeling lighter, but when I checked my jawline out again in the mirror, I saw no improvements.. very disheartened.. 😢 face sagging and double chin is still there.. (was I dreaming the other day when I thought my skin was tighter?) 😞😢😢😭✅
    Day 5: only completed exercise once today, was very tired and fatigued and had a busy day. I wasn’t going to bother at all, but was worried my face would go puffy or something if I suddenly stopped completely lol. 😂😂
    Day 6: no change (however, my face does still feel lighter, maybe it’s a placebo effect?)
    Note: my neck and back posture have improved slightly, thanks to these exercises 😇😇✅
    Day 7: no change ✅
    Day 8: didn’t do them today, was too tired and stressed from work. 🛑
    Day 9: jawline definitely looks and feels tighter! But.. my sagging chin skin is still there!!! It still looks just as bad… I want it gone… sigh… 🤧😞😢😭✅
    P.S. I am doing these exercises 5 times daily.

    I can testify that this facial exercise is really working! Damn i'm only on day 3 (I'm doing this twice a day, Morning and before i sleep) but the result is already showing my jaw starting to show and looks sharper compared before plus my face is a bit smaller now 😁 i will continue doing this everyday!     I'm doing it consistently for 2 months now it becomes a habit. My jaw and facial shape is much much better now!

    Day 1 completed
    Day 2 completed no changes (I will start doing it twice a day)
    Day 3 skipped, I had to focus on exam.
    Day 4 completed, very slight changes my jaw got little defined but my face is chubby.
    Day 5 no changes, I noticed overdoing this exercise with braces is a bad idea (I'll go back to once a day)
    Day 6 no changes, this exercise is cap you will see small changes and it’s temporary
    Summary: I wasn’t excepting this results I really had my hopes up after seeing other people comments, maybe this doesn’t work for everyone. I do drink water everyday as a bonus but still nothing.
    Note: chewing gum works more effectively I’ve been chewing gum but my left side is chubbier than my right side because I chew on one side make sure you switch sides.

    Day 4:lost a good chunk of fat overall on the face felt better overall

    Guys, make sure before you guys do this u also start lowering ur body fat percentage or nothing will change. U can’t lose fat in a specific area but u can lower ur overall body fat, it might be harder if u have face fat genetically bc then that means fat likes to be stored in your face but u can lose the fat by lowering ur overall bodyfat percentage. Do this while doing these face excercise so u can make ur face muscles tighter and make ur face more slim.

    Been doing this for 2 weeks and it works!! I have always been skinny yet my face was round and always seemed to be puffy.
    Recently i started to hit the gym and drink only water and lost about 10kg, yet my face was still chubby. Now my face (especially on camera) seems much more structured and less puffy due to this!
    I do this exercise before i sleep and drink one glass of black coffee (or cold brew) without milk or sugar.

    I have tried soooo many videos vowing to provide the results that Isaac provides. I saw zero results. On a scale of 1 ( super bad ) to 10 ( already looking like Isaac ) I was about a 5 when I started following his regimen.
    I am 1 week in and the results have been absolutely astounding ! I hated looking in the mirror before. But now I look and my jawline has become so much more lean and chiseled along with my face. And my double chin is greatly reduced....after just 1week!
    I almost can't believe that reflection is me. I do these exercises in the morning and in the evening. Isaac, I thank you for changing my features and in the process making me feel better about myself. I can actually smile when I look at my cheeks, jawline and chin in the mirror now. Thank you, again !!!!

    I just did this 2 times a day , approx 30 min in Total .The next day i found a little difference .So surely if its done regularly for week , you will see drastic change seriously

    I only tried for 2 days i swear i can see the diffraction already my skin tighter than before and more slimp. I laways had puffy face problem. Im very happy i will continue doing this thank you for the tip🙏🏻

    I will continue after the 30 days are out to keep my hopefully slim face but the 30 days are just to see if anything shows off

    Guys, if you have dry/flakey skin or something even close to that, don't to the masticatory muscle massage, it can severely tear up your skin.
    I used to have normal but a little oily, smooth skin, but it was starting to dry, and after I did that massage the 3rd time, I felt my skin stinging and went to wash my face. I woke up tommorow to find my face skin completely destroyed- like it's so dry and flakey, idk if I applied too much pressure or smth, it can be my fault entirely, so I apologize if what I said is not true for others, but I just wanted to say this
    So yeah I just skip this massage while doing these exercises, everything else is alright

    Day 8:✓ (quick update my jawline is getting a little bit noticable, just a little bit though)
    Day 9:✓ (another quick update: I feel like if you want a much more defined jawline you should do this, however I really don't notice any changes on my cheeks. So I'm planning on doing his face lifting exercise, but my jawline looks a little bit better than before.)
    Day 10: I was super lazy to do this ksks
    Day 11: sorry I was unmotivated
    Okay besties, I've been a lazy bum recently and decided to discontinue this. I want to slim my cheeks and this face exercise clearly targets the jawline more, ngl I have a double chin but my cheeks bother me more. So bye

    Ok guys I had updated my experience. But I just deleted it in order to give you just the final result.. And honestly just within 2 weeks I could see a lot of difference. But I'll advice you to follow some other workouts or cardio too. And maintain a healthy diet.. It surely works well👍

    The tongue twisting exercise really hurt... But you can feel it's doing something.
    Add cardio to this facial workout and no doubt you'll get a toned face in a few weeks.
    I'm doing this workout 2 times a day, will see the results in a month.
