    You were the only person that actually provided real help and checks that I could use to verify my process. I've spent more than a week troubleshooting, google chats, squarespace chats, and other "help" that provided no solutions. My email works now. Thanks for the explanation!

    I could not figure out why my email was not working for a whole day and my whole business is run through there. I watched countless videos but nothing helped. Going to the site in your video to check my domain expiration solved it!! I realized on the site where I got my domain, did not have my updated card info and that was the problem! Thank you so much! Just a question, will I ever be able to receive emails that were sent during the period when my domain was inactive on my Gmail?

    Hi there your videos are very useful, Just one question have you done a video explaining what could happen or how to do a proper change of hosting while youre using google workspace? We are moving from one server to another for our website but we have the registers (mx, etc) in the old serve and we want to move them to the new one. My question is I have to only create these records in the newone and when the change will be done I will be receiving and sending emails from workspace as usual? or do i have to do something in the google console as well? telling google taht I have changed the hosting provider ? Im so confused, I get what to do when you want to start with google workspace but not when you just want to change of hosting provider. Thank you in advance, I used to live in sydney around 2020 and now I am in europe. :)

      Awesome! Sydney is my hometown. As long as you have the DNS records correct, when you change name service to the new host there is nothing required in Google (although it may prompt you to re-verify)

      You’re welcome, start with going to domain registration and enter the name servers of your DNS host. If you don’t have a host you can use something like cloudflare

    Thank you! I don't know that was wrong in there but I checked all of those things that you mentioned (didn't change a thing) and now my business gmail is working! (at least I could send test emails to it from my personal gmail) So happy!!

    What a great set of instructions. I wondered whether you had any info on setting up the free Gmail as an email client? I set one up for a client a couple of days ago and today they received an email informing them that "Your Google Workspace trial account will be automatically deleted in 3 days unless you verify that you own the domain, DOMAIN NAME. Set up now to start using business email, cloud storage, video conferencing, and more."

    Just curious why you switched your client to enterprise and then a Business Standard plan? Thanks this video was sooo helpful.

      I have no idea why it worked but I guess there was a bug upgrading from their current plan to a business plan. Going to enterprise cleared the way for me to roll back to business and sidestep the bug
      Sometimes IT is weird 😂

    Gmail is working for me but suddenly 2 copies of one email are being sent for some reason
    (so people receive 2 emails from me exactly the same)

    That’s what it was. I got rid of Squarespace and I didn’t know that my domain was attached to an email. Like I didmknow, but I didn’t know. Is there a way that I can still have my domain without my Squarespace website?

    HELPPP PLEASE! my work email is sending messages and then they get deleted on its own from the sent inbox, and all the emails in sent inbox have a red blocked icon. How do I fix this?

    I’ve been using the free G suite domain for the past 10 years which stopped on the 21st of Oct this year. I’ve tried to upgrade to Google Work space but I can’t make payment from the UK as it allow me to input my UK address? I need to get my email account reactivated as I use this email for everything both personally and professionally? Any help greatly appreciated as I can’t get only of any tech support from Google on this? Thanks

      Hello. I had the exact same issue. I was panicking because my account was suspended and I couldn’t send or receive emails anymore but I found a video here on RUclips that helped. It is titled “ How To Self Identify Google Workspace Legacy Free Edition | Personal Use | G Suite “. I basically had to convert my account to a personal use account.

    i have had my email since 2009, i think. It was originally my dad's company and later i took it over for a while. Well, i just kept using that email since it was the only google email that i had. My dad passed away last year and i would have no idea who would know this info. WHen i go to that who is .sc. , it tells me Critical error: domain must have at least one mail server. But shows expire date as 12/02/23. I have no idea who would have held the domain. Is there any way you can help me?

    Hi, Thanks for the video. I followed through but my email doesn't still receive email, though I can send. I changed my email host from Dreamhost to Gmail since on Thursday morning, Nigerian time. I was told it will take between 24 hours and 72 hours to propagate, but up till this time I cant still receive emails. Please help with this problem and Google support appear not to care about small users. Thanks

    Workspace is not working after the initial setup. Every time I hit Gmail, it just opens another workspace admin page. Everything is shown to be active.

    my alias worked fine and then it didn't. Google forced (tricked me into paying for Workspace, so I started a trial.) When the trial was over, that's when everything stopped working.
