No rooms of jktdc were available for stay in gulmarg
For that you have to book in quite advance
Also one tip
If you do not have the tickets of phase 2 of gondola ride then don't go gulmarg... your money and most important time will be wasted
You can go to sinthal top it's far but you will find lot of snow
Or check for sonmarg if snow is available or not
Also I did not stayed in gulmarg... as srinagar is not so far so we stayed in srinagar in a homestay.. "khaas muqaam" search photos it's quite spacious and good stay
Per room approx 4-5k for a day
Today 18 june. All rooms of Srinagar Soldout for November 2024. It seems agents already booked all room to resell them in black.
This can be a reason. However due to over priced hotels of Kashmir, JKTDC huts are too much in demand.

I paid on jktdc website via credit card only. Don’t send money to any person
If it’s booked noone can help. Don’t fall under trap of touts
Booking cancelled kaise hoti hai login ka option nahi aa raha sirf agent login ka option aa raha hai
You need to call numbers guven on jktdc website. Better if you also send email

Maximum 3 person allowed
Nice vidoe, one doubt while booking 2 bedroom deluxe cottage , whether we need to change rooms coloum to 2 sinxe it is showing only one room even after choosing 2 bed room xottage
Category is 2bedroom but you need to book one room only. Otherwise two bedroom ki two unit book ho jayegi

There is no check on marital status. At least this is what I noticed. You can read all TnC on JKTDC website to be safe.

Our caretaker had phone numbers of dana pani and sagar ratna. While roaming in market you can collect phone numbers from nearby restaurants

For snow go jan- feb and march। no need to book package just book hut well in advance and book a taxi separately.

At jktdc booking page system tell if number of people exceed the room capacity. We were two adults and one kid in one room at Gulmarg
