Thanks for your advice. We travelled to Aqaba airport two weeks back. Just one place selling SIMs when we came out. Thankfully it was Orange and we bought 2 SIMs with 23gb data/one month at a price of 12JD each. Had great service pretty much everywhere. No hard sell and the lady offered to fit and configure if we wished. No-one else on our UK flight knew about this and were reliant on sharing the one connection on the tour bus which, I'm told, was not much use once a few were connected. Also, no registration required, just fit and go.

@@TravelTomTom Uhm, I have. Just replayed it 3 times, still can't hear or see anything about the payment for the bus ticket, though. Or does the part "they are open all of them 24 hours and you can pay by card" refer not just to the sim card providers but to the bus as well? Maybe I didn't get it right. Thanks :)

Dude, I am coming to Jordan in a week time. Is there any problems with bringing in electronics? i have a tablet (sealed) and a notebook. I also have some cold/flu meds I gotta take with me. Any feedback would be appreciated!

I lived in amman for 9 years in my experience as internet speed and connection zain and orange but in my opinion don't go with umianh had bad experience with them
