The thing with c section YOU HAVE to walk, it’s sooooo good for your healing! That’s why you feel so good already bc you’re up and moving letting your organs shift back! I had my c section in Germany, they do NOT give u any pain medicine besides Tylenol.. but they made me get up a few hours after surgery! I had to walk ALOT for them to let me go home 🥲
