I was always surrounded by toxic relationships and, marriages growing up. I did some soul searching one day, I asked my self what does marriage even mean? I did my own research on marriage and what it truly means to be married. I realized that I want to get married and commit to each other formally in the good and the bad. I threw my own baby shower for the first time for my second baby this past Sunday and safe to say.. never again lol Its tiring, stressful, EXPENSIVE and as a mommy whos hosting it's just WAY too much. Ill continue to have fun planning my son's parties because of the happiness it brings them but planning a party for myself - never again lol. Loved your intake on it. God bless you guys!

That’s what I did for my baby I did not have a baby shower me and her dad wanted to get everything for her. People usually do it for the people but we wanted to spoil our first born unfortunately we lost her my baby only lived 11 days 🥹but she was very spoiled by us we still have all her things 🥹❤️

Maybe you or Brit can plan for you a sit and see for the baby once the baby is born. It doesn’t have to be right away could be 3+ months after the baby is born. It’s a party for your friends and family to come to your house to see you and meet the baby. They can bring a nice gift for you and/or baby. That way you can sit and relax and enjoy your new bundle of joy and watch your family and friends do the same 😊

I didn’t want a baby shower for my second baby as well and I wanted to spend that money on her clothes and stuff and I didn’t want to deal with the stress and dealing with people bc I was so tired/annoyed and in pain. And my man’s family ended up making it anyways I was mad and frustrated .

That’s what I did for my baby I did not have a baby shower me and her dad wanted to get everything for her. People usually do it for the people but we wanted to spoil our first born unfortunately we lost her my baby only lived 11 days 🥹but she was very spoiled by us we still have all her things 🥹❤️
My baby is about to be 4 months. I chilled back at home for the majority of my pregnancy. This is my first baby so I mainly watched so many new mommy videos and videos about labor and delivery 😅

Maybe you or Brit can plan for you a sit and see for the baby once the baby is born. It doesn’t have to be right away could be 3+ months after the baby is born. It’s a party for your friends and family to come to your house to see you and meet the baby. They can bring a nice gift for you and/or baby. That way you can sit and relax and enjoy your new bundle of joy and watch your family and friends do the same 😊

I didn’t want a baby shower for my second baby as well and I wanted to spend that money on her clothes and stuff and I didn’t want to deal with the stress and dealing with people bc I was so tired/annoyed and in pain. And my man’s family ended up making it anyways I was mad and frustrated .
