Every time someone announces that there's a good new unit for endless, instead of them fixing the glitch it will get nerfed immediately rendering it useless. So it's not good that after viewing your informative good video, that players go running to buy fallen, it's very sad :(
The only reason is if they not buff him or keep him for next update. They have to try nerf him, like they already did nerf Mystical Titan

If you use the new engineers and you put them by the back and you max four of them out the toilets just don’t go on the track. They just pile up that’s how me and my mom got to wave 102.

whenever I used it it allowed the toilets to move normally again, so if I continued to use it I would've died sooner. Hope this helps!
