A humble advice from experience, if you are trying to quit tobacco. stop it cold turkey, don't go for alternative, like churpi, motor, chana etc. anything that helps keep your mouth busy. The more your mouth is actively engaged the more the urge to go go back to tobacco once the chewing is done. Instead, practice to keep your mouth empty, though at first it might seem hard, in the long run it will help you quit faster.
I quit tobacco in a single day. It has been 11 years now since i have left tobacco. It's the best decision i have made.

I had corona last year and due to sore and dry throat, I had to stop taking tobacco. It became the first step in quitting tobacco.So, after recovery i stopped completely. Been almost 3 months without tobacco. But as my frens take regularly near me, once or twice i took them. Now am back to old habits. Moral: old habits die hard. 😂
