Fan animations always deserve respect
The difference is that the anime is using 3d animation with 3d model, while the fan animation is clearly an 2D.
@@Lol-dw5xbbro most of the Anime’s animation is 2D as well, it’s mostly just the backgrounds that are CGI

I love the way you did Giyu’s 7th form. The build up was great
Honestly not bad. One of the best thing about the demon slayer anime is that it gets added scenes that fleshes out the manga. So your fan animation was rather accurate to the manga
Given Giyu's personality I think they gave a good call for changing Giyu's expression a little like even he's surprised he won't show it that easily.
Love all three of them but anime were perfect.
The fact that I'm even considering it is pretty fucking amazing.

Fan animation is better than Manga .Anime is way better than Fan animation but as one person you made it very well in my opinion.Giyuu was shocked while his wood sword got broke but in the anime he doesn't seem very suprised. Fan animation beats anime for that scene.

Hate people saying it’s bad when they don’t know nothing abt animation and how hard it is. They forget it’s a FAN animation. Made by one person. The anime’s are made by multiple and yall act like you could do better

Anybody saying the fan animation is bad has either never drawn or never animated in their life’s. You can only say it’s bad if u can make it yourself, if u cant your only saying it’s bad because you are comparing it, it still was great. I do still like the anime a lot more though but that’s just because the animators that make demon slayer are insane.
This argument is dumb because I'll say its worse than the official animation because I am in fact comparing it. And because internet is dumb they'll assume that I think that the fan-animation is bad.

Honestly the part where he was about to hit the leg was done better than the anime version, didn't even know he was going for the leg in the anime, and the pose Sanemi does in the anime makes it look like hes dodging the stream of water behind Giyu.

Demon slayer fans animations are different level
To be honest, I miss the animation like the "fan animation" did. It has dramatic feeling that anime is uniquely always have so its fun to watch. Don't get me wrong, the official animation is great and facsinating but I would like to see the old fashioned way cause every "lack" detail and dramatation is actually what makes it exciting. No need to be said, the fan one is more accurate to the manga than the official - pose and drawing style wise, giyu looks so hot in the fan's one, lol. I think the fan animation can reach a greater great if given a proper tools. It looks so good! Good job!
gotta give my respect for whoever made the fan animation simply for being manga accurate, but you just can't compare to Ufotable animations with their added scenes. Being accurate doesn't mean it's better

Generally i think you can still improve since i think your problem is relying too much manga and turning it like a story boaed for the animation. Maybe try making your own story board for the animation while getting some ideas on the manga panel
