Word of advice, whenever u hid in the bathroom downstairs, i like to crouch on the side of the door that would cover u, which would be the left in that situation, so whenever u are trying to hide in there, as soon as its open the door will cover u and u cannot be seen at all even by mirrors if u stay crouched 😊

You should turn off scoring when doing kill everyone, it is more satisfying and better to watch because of the lack of "non target killed" pop up in my opinion.

How do you get that mission? It doesn’t seem to show up on the campaign list
Go to Destination tab, select Sapienza, then scroll to the right and select The Icon mission.
Now do it again but from the POV of the npcs
