I disagree that compressor settings should be specific values in every case. I would give a few reference points but encurrage to try a few settings and based on how it sounds if it fits the individual usecase or not. I also disagree that audio peaks shoud be defined as loudness since loudness is already defined as how loud the audio is on average which is on a whole other level of audio as a craft. That can be found in the EBU 128 norm with -23 LUFS or -16 LUFS. I think it's not helpfull to use a existing definition that means something different just because it eliminates the need to use a few words more to describe what you wanted it to mean.

It does result in lot of unfixable audio chops and slurry speech when the AI doesn't recognize the word you're speaking tho
