If you can suggest in your video shows how someone can find a home with 3 bedrooms and some commercial property or rental to cover cost of living then it would be great. Especially if you are targeting foreigners then show how much rental can they get if they invest in one property and live in another and how much the cost of living in that place is approximately. The reason for hesitation is not buying the property but the means to earn a living as foreigners don't know Turkish. And how strong is the law in getting the tenants to pay if they refuse to pay their rent.
