YEAH like Fukushima Daiichi which was built on a shoe-string, had lacklustre safety systems below sea level which did not match up, no heat exchanger on all reactors, costs were reduced, building was rushed, the guy who designed the contaminant vessel retired in a bout of depression, & it almost made half of the globe radioactive by covering up just how bad it was.
