Judging by the 🚫symbol, i'm assuming that means those types of products aren't allowed in that system but maybe in others, which means one of two things
1. You simply can't transport those products to that system
2. Same as #1 but maybe you can smuggle illegal items from a place where said items are allowed to a place where they aren't with high risk high reward. Also, judging by the "security" stat, maybe that means there's more police presence there and therefore would make it harder to smuggle items there for an even higher reward

Unfortunately it's not for me as I don't really dig the American styling but pretty cool nonetheless.
