Travis’ advice at the start is 💯. My goal was to make QF and while I did it wasn’t a fun open. I re did every workout, I put unnecessary pressure on myself and just didn’t enjoy it as much. Even now going into QF I don’t feel excited about it. But I hit my goal and I should be happy with that and just move on. Very good advice.
You can still really enjoy quarters. Expectations can ruin any good thing. 💪🏻
Travis needs to become a podcast regular now that been forced to take the season off 🙌
Daddy Travis preaching the first 2 minutes!!
need more travis vids 🔥
Feel better Alexis!!
I’m gonna comment here in hopes that I might get selected for a 2pood belt… just ‘cause why not. Appreciate and love the videos!
How about an "CrossFit Open" series of tests... $10 per person... For the 80% we know aren't making it to the games or care to... That doesn't have crazy layouts required that many affiliates struggle to do... Much like how it was in 2014...
And a "Games Open" edition for those interested in making it to the next stage for $25-50... Adding another tier of fitness... Where they do the CF Open with an additional twist and all the floor layouts, etc...
When is the deload for intermediate over and the cycle begins? March 13?
March 27th is when the first proper cycle begins. Deload ends this week and there is a 2 week rebuild prior to the beginning of the first cycle to prep the body etc for structured training and progressions.
Awww get better Lex!!!
First to say first! TTT❤
