When I hear talk of peaking and not peaking, the first thing that pops in my mind is drugs. I don't understand why you would not want to be at the top of you game at every competition. Cause if you lose, your out. Every competition like a playoff game. You have to give it your all at every competition. You need to be at your best at every competition. Every time I hear people talk about not wanting to peak until they get to the Crossfit Games at Madison, it makes me think they are talking about drugs. Like they have to plan out their drug plan to peak at that time. If they take their drugs to early then they will peak too early. They have to take their drugs at just the right time so that they peak at the times of the Crossfit Games in Madison.
Alexis’ fitness is super impressive… but the most impressive thing we will see from her all year is continuing to sit in that chair not knowing where the spider ended up 😳
I thought Crossfit is about functional movements. All upside down movements are non-functional. If so, then there needs to be competitions of who can brush their teeth with their feet. It makes as much sense.
Think I heard her name mentioned once during the TX and I'm a pretty avid viewing. There is clearly a magic circle of athletes that the commentators focus on informed no doubt by the military industrial complex of NO BULL sponsorship and Crossfit marketing's shared intent.
Wow! Real revelation from Alexis pinpointing quite grotesque shortcomings in tournament management that should be the SINE QUA NON of competition. Athletes and competitors should NOT have to worry about the infrastructure of competition being efficacious and credible.🤡
Girl stayed calm under that no rep chaos. Big props. Can’t wait to buy and wear your official jersey. Rooting for you all the way💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
Let's get back to Top 10 and aim for top 5 at the games! Good luck Alexis
She's just the absolute cutest.
Alexis is so resilient to keep going after the rope climb incident then carry on to a sprint finish win.
I ❤ your nails
Event 6 switch the row and ohs, start and finish with row that way it’s a race. And ohs right before hsw makes more sense
She's so likeable🥰
I wanna see Alexis just do anything with as much froth as she does CrossFit could be anything she’s just the best thing!!
Games level athletes are so mentally strong. Personally I cant even strenght train with a blocked nose. Meanwhile they compete while actually ill.
Algo 😅
First LFGGG

I'm surprised more athletes don't take Immodium before competitions anyway.

Shame the live feed didn't cover her performance at all really. I mean they only had 7hrs a day....

I’m gonna blame her for me getting sick after semi finals. I got what she got when we got home. It was brutal. Could not imagine competing with it 🤯
