My full process unedited of making my Boss Fight 3D Challenge from Pwnisher. This was done in Unreal Engine 5. 300% speed.

**Disclaimer: This is not a tutorial, please do not try to follow me step by step, I had a lot of trials and errors along the way of making this art.

Wow! That's awesome and watched all of your videos. I've been trying to achieve the same cell shading effect (I just used plain emissive materials on my models) in Unreal Engine but not satisfied with the results. I can clearly see that you have done it very well. Could you share some tips/instructions on achieving the cell shading effects or making the materials look like that? Anything would help. Your works are really cool. Just wow!
I would say your approach is at the right direction. But I think using cel shader mixing with traditional shader (meaning not just relying on Emissive) is easier for you to control the visual outcome. Since the strong point of UE5 is the way it handles cinematic lighting. Using unlit only means you strips all the advantages of using UE5. It is still possible, but it is way more difficult.
@@trungduyng Thanks for sharing buddy. I initially started with Blender but the render time was annoying. So I'm trying to do it with unreal. Also, do you happen to use any specific asset packs? . Between I loved the creature in the video, it was beautifully colored. I still have a lot of questions (lol). It would be really cool if you could make a tutorial video for the materials. Thanks again and have a great day! ~Janner
@@JannerBros I really don't use any asset pack, most of the time I download stuffs just for the 3D models. If they are really far away so you can get away with just apply solid color. I would say if you starting out UE5 is better choice since the engine handle a lot of the visual already. With Blender I also felt that it is a bit much to control. About the material tutorial, I'll just put them in the tutorial list. Making tutorial is fun but I sometime miss making my own art.
