Did you use this to make rubber molds for jewelry? I'm trying to get into that myself I was wondering if I could ask you questions through email if I had some. I've seen many videos of jewelry and it seems people don't want to give out their secrets. You've been the most helpful person your videos made it very clear for me. Thank you I wish you had more jewelry videos.

+Marcos Diaz Hello, thank you for your comment. I've never made a mold using parts printed from the Asiga. I know they have a special material for doing that though. Feel free to email me info@sterlingkisses.com. I'm glad you like the videos and I really hope to get back to making them.

NIce im trying to judge if this machine is better than the form1....although i like the detail on this machine better...thanks for the cool vids man..hey question--- does the 3d printed material withstand heat...i wana print 3d objects out and make molds so i can inject wax into molds...i know this machine can use super cast..but incase i get the form 1 do u think it will take the heat from a press so i can get molds for injection..or do u think i save money by just buying this machine...whats ure opinion so far on the level of detail this can print.....very interested in what u have to say...

Thanks for your comments. I've only used SuperCAST for direct casting so far. I know people have had successful results making molds of parts printed in the PlasPink material, which also prints really well from the pics I've seen. Check out the Asiga technical forum and you should be able to find pics under the 'PlasPink Settings' thread.
I'm very happy with the Asiga Pico and feel I made the right choice. My full review of it probably won't come until April though. Got too much going on right now.
