I always made Sport and stoped very fast i even had sweat on my skin. After get in touch with Buakaw i started to change my Training, i continue and suddenly got adicted in sweat very much. After the workout when your whole body is wet and you sit here, you feel so good and free. Ty for that buakaw.

He beat Nongklai ( Nongklai was the fighter of the year 1980 ) and gave him his first lost , before he meet Samart he was undefeated ( Nongkhai also beat Dieselnoi ) . He lost to Chamuekpet in their first fight ( Chamuekpet is the most successful fighter in muay thai history , holding 9 belts at once , also the toughest fighter in muay thai in term of cardio ) , in the rematch as well as the third fight Samart easily outclassed Chamuekpet . He was so good that he pick up a world championship in boxing simply because no one in his weight classes could defeat him in muay thai . When he came back in muay thai during the "golden age" he outclassed some of the greatest champions during that era and lost in razor thin decision ( against Wangchannoi for example ) while he was way past his best . He has his own gym. He helped train thai soldiers and american soldiers. He also sometimes helps with chairty. He a good man.
I want to try muay thai but after seeing this im hooked immediately. A lot of training and fitness comes into this but I don't care, I have the passion to do this
