EP 2 Coorg, Karnataka Non veg food Journey

New name of Coorg is Kodagu, i discovered that if you want to explore traditional food of Coorg then you need to explore home stays, that’s what i precisely did in this food journey of Kodagu in Karnataka.
In this non veg food journey i enjoyed pandi curry, pork masala and other non veg food of Coorg.
Details of food joints and home stays visited by me is given below:
It’s important to understand that coor is big in geography - so if you plan to travel here then you should decide whether you need to stay at Madikeri, Virajpet or Kushalnagar. If you are not sure and new to this region then you can look at staying at Madikeri, that should be better choice.
Day 1:
Coorg Cuisine: This food joint is famous for traditional non veg food of Coorg. I enjoyed the most popular dish of this restaurant which is Pandhi curry, this can also be called as Pork masala.

2. VEERABHOOMI : Here you can enjoy culture dance show in evening, if you are staying at Madikeri then you will have to travel 35kms to this place which is in Kushalnagar.

Day 2:
3. The Bungalow 1934; This is an old home stay, location of this place is awesome, food is not allowed for outsiders, i visited this place through a reference so i was allowed to have food at this place.
Price is not mentioned bcoz food is offered only to guests who are staying here..

5. Cafe County: This place is about 30 kms from Kushal nagar, this is on the highway that runs between Kushalnagar to Bangalore. I enjoyed breakfast at this place.

Day 4:
6. A Yes Food Center: This is certainly the most unknown food joint i spotted while i was doing morning walk near kanika hotel in kushal nagar. I really loved spotting this hidden gem in kushal nagar.
