  • Time to finish off the lizard and do some janky stuff.
To get this ending, you must get all B Coins, finish all of Krematoa, get all the DK Coins, AND all the Banana Birds. To get 105%, you must use the cheat to unlock the "TUFST" hardest difficulty.
First, K-Rool again. To hurt him, you must throw a steel barrel on his silly helicopter. This time, you CAN hit the blades just fine.
This fight is entirely different from last time. First, he'll be in the background. You can't really jump most of the time because a lightning beam will nearly always stay at the middle of the screen. The cannon will shoot some fireballs, but these can be easily avoided as their pattern and hit area are always the same - staying in the middle of the screen is safe.
Once the fireballs stop, the machine in the top middle of the screen will start vacuuming. You must throw the barrel that spawns on the ground through it to hit K-Rool in the background, but you need to time it right or else it'll just fall through or hit his body - you MUST hit his helicopter or around his head for it to count. I find that waiting to jump until he starts moving towards the center of the screen is quite accurate.
When he goes back to the forefront, just hit his helicopter in the back. The light bulbs in the corners are 100% safe.
After a few rounds of abuse, the ground will start moving around. Again, the middle of the screen is safe so stick there. After being hit a few more, K-Rool will again move to the front, and he'll make a lightning beam shoot randomly from the lowest light bulbs in the corners. Now it gets tricky, you must use the steel barrel that spawns as a shield against it, and it needs to be put on the ground so the beam hits the barrel and dissipates. I find that staying to one side of the barrel eyeing the corner to see if the beam will come works pretty good - if it's coming from your side, move towards the opposite past the barrel (DON'T RUN, or else you'll just pick it up. Just walk). Careful because the coiling effect of the beam will hurt you too.
Once the beam dissipates, you need to throw the barrel on K-Rool like usual. This is tricky too because the area is restricted by K-Rool clipping around the machine in the center of the screen. If you miss or take too long, you need to wait for another beam to dissipate or else a barrel won't spawn in time for you to defend against it. I find that jumping really close to him and throwing the barrel works pretty well.
Once you're done with K-Rool and have collected all DK Coins (he drops the last one), go to Funky to get the Gyrocopter. You don't need to fly to the corner of the map screen to meet the Banana Bird Queen (?), but now you must find the rest of the Banana Birds, the ones in the video being the ones only accessible with the Gyrocopter. Once you get them all, go to Wrinkly's cave and the final sequence will start.
I was debating in just leaving the puzzle parts out, but then people might've thought the game would've just ended after K-Rool. So, yeah!
