NEOPLAN USA certainly had a wide ranging product line. MCTS(Milwaukee County Transit System) had several of these built from 1985 to 1987. Most had the 6V-92 DETROIT while 20 of the 1987’s had the CUMMINS L-10. NEOPLAN had some quality issues on some buses and lost a lot of business and ceased operations in 2006. They really had some neat double decker buses. They had some in Chicago for sightseeing. The lower deck had some booth with tables for seating.
one thing you gotta watch out for in New Mexico, besides cactus, is Black Widows
