Hi I am planning to buy a ev scooter but confused between vida v1 pro and ather 450x HR..vida is around 1.5 right now in Bangalore which is around 30000 cheaper than ather..range of both are more or less same..i am looking for a long lasting reliable ev scooter which will give less trouble n less range anxiety..plz suggest..
@@gkunzru062009 no doubt the ather is good in terms of baterry life n built up but it's price is a bit high to compete the vida v1 pro unless if they start to give the pro pack for free then the sales of thr scooter would jump up enormously.

Athers displayed range on the dashboard is incredibly on point. It overdelivers sometimes even. I drive my ather 450x 3.7kwh variant (claimed true range 110km)100 km approx per day on a single charge 5 days a week. At the end of the trip i always have 10 to 15 percent battery left , sometimes even upto 20% if i drive carefully. The best part is you dont even need to use the eco mode. Any mode will do as long as you are easy on the throttle and maintain consistent speed while simultaneously using coasting regen and regen braking. A small issue though every time i turn on the scooter after few hours the range on the dashboard immediately drops 1 or 2 km. But this has never been an issue since it gives the exact range it showed prior anyway. From my experience ather delivers exactly what it says..no fusses
They should bring back the previous speedometer on the newer models it used to look so cool, bigger font, colours spreading across the screen with the increase in speed, the colour contrast, now the dashboard looks so dull in current athers
There was no service cost with the Service Pro subscription until now, but Ather has recently removed the service plan. Now, we need to see how much Ather will charge for service.
Third right service, Third right customer care, astronomical parts price, parts that fail frequently, substandard engineering. That sums up Ather experience! Ather will loot your savings on petrol!

I have completed 88,000 kms in Bangalore. No Major Problems, vehicle performance is the same.

I suggest go for Ather, I have completed 15000 kms in less then 1 yr. I get more than 100kms in full charge & I always ride in sports mode
