Yes, using rings or parallel bars means your range of movement will not be blocked. This video is designed for those who only have access to the BaseBar or a pull-up bar. If this is all you have, paused partial reps are a great option.
this guys is master in things he is doing. I watched many famous calisthenic athletes but he has imo best knowledge and most accurated exercises to learn the skills. Very very good job. Gonna do all u doing to master my front lever and planche. Have question. The hiit (high intense interval training) should be combinated with skill training strenght exercises?
Is parts of the basebar suppose to lose it's black ink like inside the U-shaped bar ? It's not an excessive amount but a good amount of ink lose. Also the basebar came with slight scratches and little bumps all around the basebar. Is this suppose to happen from shipping and is this okay?
Just keep your body in a rigid straight line and the muscles will sort themselves out. Don’t arch, and there’s no need to activate your core (beyond the back and hip extension required to keep the body straight).
Wow short videos, nobody does this anymore. Precise and straight to the point, many thanks Monster!
We appreciate all the videos you post. Keep up the good work and thank you
2:05 not sure why everyone does this, if you just use parallel bars then you can get a full ROM
Or rings (even better I think)
Different grip>different group of muscles activated .... And in my opinion i prefer doing it in parrallets
@@kyselinasalicylovasintramo5139 oh yh true I actually use rings more often than parallel bars not sure why I forgot to mention it
@@zakariadjm5895 if you use rings then you can use whatever grip you want
