    Just came across this, a back injury has me looking for a super lightweight bag for a first response tool kit. I’m 100% Klein with Bahco for what Klein doesn’t do, I’m a combustion engineer but do general commercial maintenance day to day and a small kit can fix probably 80% of jobs first time. This looks a good bag for me.

    Really enjoyed this and I should get one of those small multi screw drivers with the sinning top you looked at early on in the video, good for the stuff with tiny flat/philips terminals in them (UK electrician, keep up the good videos!)

    I have just started using one of these (Blackout). Great bag, but angle back when carrying annoyed me. Purchased 2 long dog clips ( like the type on a lead). Extended the loop handle to the middle rings.... Works a treat.
    Also my Fluke tester has a holster, this is easy to strap to the rear of the bag utilising the back clip. Frees up more space
    Great review as always 👍

    I just ordered a few new tools, insulated knipex linemans, wera kompact kraftform, wiha insulated needle nose, 5” alligators knipex and the stabila you got on the front of the veto. Loading up my small veto pouch

      @@MillisConstruction yes sir, ive been running klein for years, till i got the 10” gators and the red handled knipex linesman, and comfort grip needle nose. The klein are great, but close to same cost as knipex, knipex wins. Im anxious to get the kraftform, you have some nice stuff in your bag

    Curious if you still have your Surefire headlamp? If so, order some efest IMR batteries. I use flat tops with a button magnet, just what I have and they run in that headlamp very well. These are cheap and rechargeable.

    Hey I am 17 years old and I watch your videos and love the content your putting out! I always see videos on RUclips tho and when I go to try things myself I don’t have the tools required to do so, recently I have been using a box from a tool I bought on amazon, as my tool box, I duct taped the whole thing and put the few tools I have,inside the box , I am not trying to say I’m a charity case but I definitely would consider myself a little less fortunate than you. I was wondering if maybe you would be interested in getting rid of some of your old tools and stuff you no longer use, and I can put it all to great use. I would love to inherit tools from a guy like you

    Lots of pride in your tech bag! Question, how do feel about those Wiha insulated screwdrivers overall... mostly interested in the handles and how they feel in hand. I have a Wera set but I have to equip another bag so I was wondering. Thanks

    • @MillisConstruction
      @MillisConstruction  4 года назад

      The Wiha drivers have the grippy feel all over the handle unlike the Weras that just have it in their design pattern they have.
      Biggest issue I’ve had with the Wiha is only have two small flat spots to stop them rolling. If they start to roll it’s not enough to stop them unlike the Wera that are flat all around and no matter how you set them down they’re there.

    • @ibrazeau3044
      @ibrazeau3044 4 года назад +1

      Millis Construction - I understand that issue. Not much of a problem for me as I use a tool belt for most everything. The screwdriver always returns to its slot. Prefer tool belts and a tote over just one dedicated tote. I have framing, electrical and drywall belts and smaller pouches for other smaller jobs. I also have job specific totes as well. So for that, the flat edges are not an issue.
      For clarity, my question is more geared towards in-hand feel of the handle compared to the Wera screwdrivers. I like the Wera’s but I do hear good things about the Wiha’s. Wanted to know before I pull the trigger.

    • @MillisConstruction

      The Knipex Scissors come with that holder. It has a swiveling belt clip on it. Clips on the bag really nicely

    What batteries does that headlamp take? Is it rechargable?

    • @MillisConstruction
      @MillisConstruction  5 лет назад +1

      It takes 123a batteries. Just 1 of them. I think they have rechargeable versions of the battery. I find it just easier to have a 6 pack of them in my bigger bag. They last a long time. Lowe’s and HD carry them by the checkouts also so they’re easy to get.
