That is an pretty car love how the LS is we have an very nice 2008 LS460 RWD and we love it a lot and also has 137k miles also this is an amazing video and vehicle
With this motor It's clear the market toyota is thinking about leasing not owning twin scrolled turbos with a mild hybrid electrics would last longer than twin turbos
Nobody really had an issue with the twin turbo until it got into tundra in Sequoia it was very few reports on the engine when it was just exclusive to the LS 500
not sure if anybody realized but they finally got rid of that annoying toyota-sounding chime on startup for the 2024 model year. now it sounds uniquely lexus.
@BrosFOURRSpeed Meaning it doesn't have some of the extras, like 2 sun roofs, not the Mark Levinson stereo, back seat heated seats and extra controls for climate. The steering wheel doesn't have the wood trim
@@mob4everEvery single comparison test it’s in, it loses badly. It doesn’t sell anymore either. Outsold by far more expensive competition. That spells loser. A terrible one.
One of the most beautiful vehicles on the road. Such an elegant and regal presence.
Glad you enjoy it!
Beautiful car. Nice review. Pleasant voice.
Appreciate that!

Oh cool!
Lexus has to hit a grand slam with the next LS. The 500 is nice but it just doesn’t have that mass appeal like the LS 400 or 430.
Yeah, this probably won't last, first time I've seen one.
Doesn’t this have the kick sensor for the trunk? Or is that feature only available on luxury or ultra luxury?
I don’t remember, possibly.
how's the audio system on this one without the mark levison?
I’m not sure, I don’t test the audio.
1:53 looks liek a shooting-brake from that angle
Yeah I can see that a bit! Similar profile to a Panamera at that spot
just press the on button, dont need to hold it.
Ok. I'm just used to that on other cars where you need to hold it until it starts all the way. Doesn't make a difference
I own one, and have owned 4 LS cars. I disagree. I love it. Most people never even drove that are hating on it.
Cool, glad you enjoy it.

Haven't seen any issues brought up with this. Most people with Lexus/Toyota buy though..
Toyota has been working on fixing that manufacture issue.

Hmm, didn't notice!
@ yeah! i’m just glad they did. now it sounds just like the new rx and nx - just what it needed to be a bespoke lexus product.
No LS500 F Sport AWD?
Yep, they still make it
That’s available.
Acura could never lol
Never what?
@@BrosFOURRSpeed acura could never build anything like this.
Base model
And?
@BrosFOURRSpeed Meaning it doesn't have some of the extras, like 2 sun roofs, not the Mark Levinson stereo, back seat heated seats and extra controls for climate. The steering wheel doesn't have the wood trim
@@wurly164 that’s what the base model would be lol!
@@BrosFOURRSpeedThat's why I mentioned it.
@ that’s why I have the title with no other words since it’s not a higher trim level.
Never could imagine the LS being dead last in its class. My how times have changed.
Who told you it was last?

How do you know that?
It's definitely a more rare model, the IS is much more popular.
@@BrosFOURRSpeed How do I know what? I just explained it.
レクサスは世界からかなり遅れてるフルモデルに期待
Thanks for checking out the video
Akio Toyoda’s rugged this car by making it cramped, ride not as smooth, engine is loud and reliability not as good.
Lexus doesn’t keep up with changes,,,outdated
We'll see if 2025/2026 is different, but they usually go around 10 years before a change.
alcantara will show NASTY finger and palm oils over time and will look so disgusting like at a greasy restaurant. why do companies use that material?
If you take the time to clean it, it will last a long time..but it’s not on spots like the steering wheel, so it won’t get dirty quickly at all.
Infotainment is 5yrs backwards. Reliability is not everything. Lexus targeting old gen only. Thats sad
Well that's who's buying these at the moment
