No way! I think, Greninja will lose its power as this is its final battle, or Greninja sacrifices himself to save Ash but ends up missing.

Ash might leave Greninja with Professor Sycamore, who studies Mega Evolution and change. People forget that when it was a Froakie it was always brought back by its trainers and the only reason it joined up with Ash was to be better. You also have to remember most of Ash's top strong pokemon are left behind to train more or become a guardian such as squirtle, Pidgeot, Charizard and Goodra. Ash only let one pokemon Go in the end and it was Butterfree. I'm not counting Lapras because Ash's made a promise that he'd help it find its family. And we've seen Squirtle (went back to training), Charizard and Goodra return and Who's to say he wont run into Pidgeot on the way home. Since it was left not to far from his home to keep a group Pidgeys and Pegeottos safe from spearows and fearow and he promised to return for it like he promised Squirtle, Primeape, Charizard. Only butterfree wasn't given that promise.
