- When I was in NYC I went to a park and a chess hustler called me a cheater. It all got quickly resolved and he was super nice - visit him if you're ever in Washington Square Park! His name is Nahshon. :)

"it was a misunderstanding, I''m sorry". I wish more people were like this guy.
That was no misunderstanding she didn't look anything like Dina and Anna was there to play against someone else, i think it's more to do with her being an attractive white girl and him being thirsty AF creep.
@@eastlondonhustler ur a dum dum hed
@@eastlondonhustler okay ...
@@eastlondonhustler what? When this Anna showed the video of Dina playing against hin, they pretty much look and dress alike. Easy to confuse the 2

What a legend. Knows when to apologize and takes the loss like a champ. Respect
In chess, especially when your good, its always fun to find someone better then you. Losing for an amazing player is actually a wonderful thing, its makes you better.
@@beentheredonethat5908I think that is true for a lot of things, too shame just a few can appreciate that
I beat him just recently with 1 second left on the clock. All my friends were watching and he tried scamming me 5 dollars and lectured me for 3 minutes about "how i hit the clock too hard". Just a man putting up a fake personality for the camera : ( Cursed at me and told me to shut up countless times
I don`t like people who behave overconfident, even if they don`t know their opponent. That`s just rude and unclassy.
hes on camera, dont get it twisted you morons.
I really appreciated how once he learned that he was mistaken.. that he immediately apologized.

Still relatively new to chess but I played that guy when I was in NY. He knew i wasnt very strong so avoided the trash talk, spent a long time explaining to me different things to look for. Good guy, was pretty angry when i saw the Dina video
I wish we had this sort of chess community where I live. I would love to be in New York someday. Play this guy and maybe Anna if she was there
@@thomasvontom Not sure if it applies, but...be the change you want to see in the world. I often forget about that myself
@@wessltov ya. I agree. I did meet up at a coffee shop the other day with a random from the local chess club. But so many people in my life have no ambition beyond Netflix. Getting people to do things is a drag and wears me out.

Agree. This guy is a chess show man with a good mood. 😊
A little bit of trash, a lot a bit of play, and gracious throughout. I want to play this guy!
Love this match!
Anna- you are so refreshing to watch thank you for posting these videos. This one was just a fantastic interaction and the ones you did with John were incredible.
That was great. Good people, good talking, good time. So rare these days. Thank you both!
His trash talk was all in fun and entertaining. Anna held her own with her infectious laugh and a few of her own jibes. I like how the loss did not faze him. He was ready to begin the rematch immediately.
It truly is a cement between people. However, I wouldn't play Him while those headphones are on.

i'm on my 3rd watch. What great play, comedy, and just plain wholesomeness!!! So Good! What a gentleman and good sport!

I just played this guy and then he gave me a chess lesson. Very nice guy and a great character.
I love the clean fun polite trash talk! That and the master chess playing made the video.❤ Two very good players!
Dina lives in this guy's head rent free. One day he'll get his rematch, and catch the real cheater.
So ðina didn't tell him she cheated him. I lost respect for her hustling a hustler is rude

I love the way two completely different cultures can come together and show one love ❤️…to be able to talk crap while playing is an art form in its self and the way chess moves the people to interact is what multiculturalism and real war(on the chess board) is really all about
Dina cheated to get a stalemate out of Nahshon. Never told him that. He got to know from other people who saw her video. Then comes Anna, with her lovely smile and positive energy, to teach everyone how to win a game honestly and beautifully. It filled my heart. 👏🏻
Finally everyone catching on how Toxic Dina is, she is a terrible, prideful, deceitful person. Oh she is also single in her middle age, what a shocker.
Bruh being single in "middle age" is common AF. Don't be hatin on single people.
Cheating is scummy AF tho.
Also on instagram she keeps making videos about being a grandmaster when she’s a WGM…even her bio calls herself a GM…just lying

Pure joy was in that match! Pure absolute joy! Wonderful watching two people, who love the same thing, both from across the world, engage in what they love. A chance encounter in New York! A friendship, even briefly, was recorded in time! Ty for this video!
I don’t even play chess but I love your videos. They always make me smile, and they really show an exciting side to this game
I don't care about chess at all, and a could watch this a hundred times. It's nice to see two people just enjoying life.
This wasn't really a chess game...this was really a comedy routine disguised as one.
This dude was hilarious. That is one of the funniest guys ever. Such a joy to watch.
Absolute fun!
It was a beautiful game to watch! Thank you, Anna!
I smiled and laughed the whole video! This was beautiful!!! Thank you!!
I once played this same guy in that same park. He’s EXTREMELY intimidating. We played a blitz game in which he took everything and decided to run me out of time.

This guy has further guaranteed other chess streamers will want him for their channel.
I know next to NOTHING about chess, but this was absolutely amazing to watch. The guy's energy was matched flawlessly and it just looked so fun!

“Well come on in girl” 🥰 That’s how you deal with a misunderstanding, on BOTH sides. She took it very well, he apologised, they sat and played ❤
pure good energy, you guys made me laugh like a kid

New to your channel. Have watched two videos and I'm loving the interaction. Never new chess could be so funny!
When I saw the title I knew he was talking about Dina. Anna is a good person and cheating is not part of her personality.
lolololol
What's wrong with cheating? Our whole country is based on cheating. How you think Potato got into office
Lmaoo. You live with her?
The like from her is on its way.
Glazing
The way he said gg in the end. He knew he lost few moves before. But when he saw anna sacrifice the bishop without hesitation, he realized she is much stronger.
I know close to nothing about chess, but when Anna turned her Bishop towards his angled wall of pawns, even I knew it was over. Fun to watch.
He realized he lost after the queen swap and she moved her bishop. You can hear it when he says "that's true" and his voice for the first time sounds more serious. A good game regardless and if he wouldn't have swapped rooks he could've had a better position. She knew this too which is why she was giddy when he did it. A blitz game often forces unnecessary swaps (both of them).
rxf3 was an easy win for black
She's better, but I think they're pretty close rated. He was winning at some points. The bishop sac was pretty basic.
The hell did I just even read 😂
Anna, you are delightful. You are such a kind person as a chess master or as anything. And you have a great sense of humor and irony. You don't rub anything in anyone's face, and it was such a harmonious and sweet interaction with this fun guy. You're a class act all the way. I love it!
I loved watching this game. It was full of wonderful turns and twists. The atmosphere at the table mirrored the fun explorative game on the board perfectly. Great video.
Yo! that back and forth banter that they were having during the match was absolutely top tier. I absolutely love it how the energy is so fun and pure between them!
She’s so smart and positive! Listening to her laugh always brightens my day!
this guy is so sweet honestly. his table banter is so precious. he somehow finds a way to self appreciate and acknowledge the strength of his opponent and his reverence towards their skill at the same time, all while being lighthearted and kind. very enjoyable match set to watch. props to you as well for your poise in this situation.
I love the banter and the pace of these games. Very cool.
Good commentary on this episode. Very entertaining, no matter who wins. 🙂
"You squiggled me out of that one. I'm gonna put the fire on you now, girl!" Said with complete sportsmanship. I love it.
It's 100% uplifting to seeing human beings having fun doing what they love. I used to live in NYC and know a few of those hustlers and they were typically super engaging and fun to talk shit with.
Classy classic! Loved everything about this video! I especially love how both of you were playing/thinking out loud. Loved his street banter and your joyful return banter... but both thinking and en essence... explaining why you were doing what you were doing. Keep 'em coming.
I love you two with all my heart. What a wonderful game and time!!
Nashon is entertaining but also a kind man & good teacher. Hope he is doing well.
Yet the end was actually cute & fun to watch.
Anna is the single nicest, most likable (loveable) chess player that exists right now.
And she has the best parents in the world.
Her smile and laughter are contagious. I really like her.
Yes I like her much better than the Botez sisters.
Well she's extremely pretty and very nice.

This is so fun to watch! I live in NYC and will look for this guy the next time I am in Manhattan and will tell him I saw him on RUclips! Too bad I don’t play chess, lol! Love Anna, she is so cute, smart and inspirational for any girl! I did not know she was from Sweden! ❤
I haven’t played chess in like 40 years. I’ve spent this evening watching her chess videos and truly enjoying them. It’s super cool how this chess community interacts

Wholesome the whole way through. Love the good vibes. Great game.
I never knew the fun natured trash talk that happens...Anna is so funny smiling, laughing and winning.
I love it. Such great sportsmanship and respect from both players. This was fun to hear/watch!
I'm not super into chess, frankly, I suck at it, but watching Anna's chess videos for some reason brightens my day.
Likewise, I'm picking things up, but I don't really know what's going on most of the time 😂
Yet I still find her videos entertaining and engaging, that says it all for me!
Keep working on it. It's totally worth the effort.
Same here, Cap’n. Anna is so light spirited, yet so capable, she lifts my spirit in an instant. Very fun to watch! I suspect lots of us are this way, and Anna knows it. So smart.
Welcome to the club. Bobby Fischer once told me, "You know if you really study for a few years you might suck at chess."
I don’t understand how he lost. It looked like she lost her bishop, and only had pawns left.
This felt like a video game scene and gameplay lovely, even the backround music
I love the banter of this guy. Great game, great watch.
Not him thinking you were someone else 😂 love your vids Anna you’ve helped me become a better chess player! ❤
What do you mean not him? It was him. You sound stupid when you talk like that.
anna is a credit to the chess world
That was great. I just found your channel today, subbed and watching your content. Very cool. I played chess as a kid and loved it. Wish I would have stayed with it, but when I grew up, no options except playing with someone. No computer programs and so on. When I was in grade school (5th grade in US), I started playing with a friend older than me who taught me. After a bit, I got obsessed with playing. I remember the first time I figure out how deep you can get into the game. No shot clock back then, a game went on till there was a winner. I remember the day I was dropped off at Tony's. It was 10 am. We played three games back to back. It was summer and the sun was up till almost 9pm. When she picked me up at 8, I had no idea how much time had gone by. It seemed like maybe a half hour. I loved it. I was in a very small town, and Tony, and a few other older (a lot older) played but didn't like getting beat by a kid. I didn't win all of the time, and some of them I couldn't beat at all, but teenage boys would rather not play than get embarrassed. So I had no one to play with and playing against yourself just didn't work for me.
Love to get back into it, but unfortunately my cancer puts me on a short timer. Ha. I think I may buy a program and start over but I doubt I'll have the same ability to see so many moves ahead. That's the beauty of the game.
Keep it up. I doubt you'll get to read this with so many subs, but keep it up sis. Great content and you're such a lovely person to those you play
Great game and loved the positivity from you both pure fun
Wow what a guy. I wish you'd have interviewed him the next game you played with him, I want to know more about him, that would be super entertaining to watch too. I hope you do an analysis of this game, it seemed like it was super interesting, unusual opening and some crazy tactics. It's hard for me to tell though because I suck at chess.
This was actually so entertaining and wholesome in a way lol loved the match
Love the dude's commentary. Seems like a good voice actor for games!
So many brilliant people out there! Still can't understand the game, but I adore the banter!
I like when people win and lose with grace 🙏🏻 good game
Me too. Sadly I live in a country where it's becoming popular to just claim you won when you actually lost.
I love watching your videos and your mother is awesome as well. Your positive fun loving energy exudes through the screen. I’m learning so much about chess too. Thanks for the videos. God Bless
great personality and a fun game, thanks for the video, liked to watch it a lot
This is the best and most wholesome banter I have ever witnessed.
I love the banter. Makes the game more fun to watch. Awesome job!
I like him! He acknowledged the mistaken identity, apologised, and had no talk of cheating when he lost for real! good lad!
Love the trash talk. Really its just fun banter. They both had a good time.
I never thought watching chess could be so addictive. Thanks for a great video
You are one of my favorite to watch play chess! :) Thank you for these videos
As a beginner, I am amazed that they can banter back and forth and still stay focused!
at high levels of competition a little trash talk can be enough to break your opponents composure and secure the w. also if anyone is trash talking you take it as a compliment because a proper competitor wouldn't typically trash talk a beginner bc they know they can win without it and why discourage ppl from playing i mean I also have seen ppl who are really good at something not know when to stop trash talking nonetheless but yeah
I swear, banter helps you while playing many times, keeps the neurons firing at a high speed, maybe? You gauge your opponent. She told him she was coming for that pawn he defended it. She may have been trying to divert him from the real play on the bishop or expected him to him to really come at her different. It was a great match to watch regardless.
I have no idea how to play chess, but this game made me smile! Thank you both I really enjoyed the interaction and it was a joy to watch👍🏻
This was beautiful to watch. You both loved playing that game, took it seriously but also loved each other :D cheers!
Very nicely played, Anna, your bishop ended up being stronger than his knight at the end game, bravo! The killer move was sacrificing your bishop at the very end, getting his king out of the way!!! 👌👌👌😊
