I have a 30 quart mixing bowl hobart stainless i purchased on facebook last summer for $60.00. in the fall I had a local company make a frame that cost $250.00 made of 1x1 aluminium. Then I bought a burner for $35.00 from amazon. I purchased a bin from Canadian Tire for $15.00 cut A 9x15 inch hole in the bottom zip tied a piece of aluminium that I drilled holes in for A sifter. been doing kettle corn all summer. 3 cups of corn 1.5 cups of oil and 1.5 cups of sugar i'm in Canada
