Aortic Dissection Survivor Stories - Anne Cotton & Simon Jones

Aortic Dissection survivors Anne Cotton and Simon Jones share their different experiences of surviving this life-threatening disease at AD Awareness Day UK 2023, hosted by UCL at The BMA in London. Anne had an acute Type A Aortic Dissection, with a subsequent total aortic replacement in three stages. Simon had an acute Type B dissection, diagnosed by a Dr who had seen a THINK AORTA poster, and is medically-managed.
