These are struggles that are common. A lot of Christians don't talk about it because it's so personal it's so raw. But here I am, anyways, oversharing with the hope that it can change just one life.
I really don't know who this is for, but God has been pressing me to share this for over a year now. It came out in different avenues but never like this. So, to the Christian struggling with Anger, Grief, Anxiety, Porn,Masturbation this video is for you.
I'm no longer tied to these sins that use to chain me. They no longer control my life, they no longer direct my path, and I'm grateful. If God helped me, He can help you too,

That did it for me and I think that is where most of us are going wrong.
Yes, it messes up a lot of us. We aren't really exposed to what God's love to the church is like. We're more exposed to lust in the media.
I feel like everytime Zhara go in front of a camera. She read out a page out of my life. A lot o things happen throughout my childhood/teenage years and I didn't know why. This video let me want to reflect and scrap out the burns from the buttom of my life so I can get a fresh start. Thank you. And I really wish your content views expands. A lot of us go through these challenges but we hear nobody at church talking about it so we feel ashamed and worthless and like or sins are different from anyone else's. We need to shed some light on the experiences of believers on these topics so we can know that their is hope.

I randomly came across this video and I can not say it must be God. Everything you say, that’s all me. I grew up in a Seventh Day Adventist household, both parents. It was just a habit for me to go to church every Saturday morning and have family worship every Friday night. Now that I am 22, and migrated to the states for university, I have been so lost, confused, and battling with anxiety and depression. Although Your video didn’t fix it, it reminded me that God is still very much with me, how much He loves me and for me to not give up having hope and faith in Him. I will be downloading your devotional and make it a priority to read it and study my Bible more. Thank you

Hey Ash, maaaaaayne sometimes we live similar lives but we never talk about it all at once, especially in public. Trust me, continue to hold on to Him, because He will never leave you nor forsake you. He'll never leave you stranded and that's what's important. Even in the darkest moments Jesus saves. Wow Zhara this resonated with me 100% . I lost my dad to sickness, while in 4th form. My grand-ma 2years later. pornography & masterbation had already kicked in prior due to peer pressure in high school. Fell off from God, continuously all while trying to re-surrender and stay committed. 7-8 years later 2021 lost my brother to murder. Got depressed, had to be strong for everyone so i suppressed it all. Withdrawn even a little still, just trying to get back out there, meet new people aligned with my God given purpose. I'm now on a Mission for Christ for He has done so very much for me. It's only right that i give my all for Him. I appreciate you for this. ♥

I am currently working through an addiction to masturbation and I have found that community has been a huge help for me. It helps me to break out from the shame that Satan tries to keep me in and it helps to have people you are accountable to and people to confess to. Thank you for sharing your testimony! It is really encouraging to hear how God has worked in other people's lives.
It will get better with time, trust me. Community is key, but he doesn't want you to know that .These urges are real, and for a long time we surpassed them when we could've walked through them the right way
I admire your courage to speak out you help many people who are going through the same the holy spirit is real .It is written if you will confess your sin he is faithful and just to forgive you of all your sins and cleanse you off all on righteousness. Stay blessed.

I can relate to your story my sister....the death of brothers and sister as affected me in a negative way but God mercy kept me.
I relate to that meeting a guy so "good" that you start to believe you are not "good enough" or worthy to be loved by the person... looking at your past or what you are struggling with... Ladies and men let your worth be grounded in Christ and choose to grow to glorify Him than being worthy of another human... you are enough because you are a child of the King.

Day 3 of binge watching and without a shadow of a doubt, God led me to your page to get some answers AND encouragement that is so needed in this season of my life. I remember my church family telling me (on the day of my baptism) that it is now the devil will attack and I was like nah, the battles I faced cannot be worse than before I decided to give my life to God. Well girl, so said so done. The attacks were/are out of this world but I can truly say that even in the midst of the battles, there is a peace that surpasses my own understanding. I trust God to continue to work it out for me. I am so grateful to you and your real life truths!

Zhara, your testimony has inspired me. As Christians, I think most of us have gone through or are going through disappointments in our lives, where we feel that God has deserted us. I am in my 60s, and have been going through illness, and have felt sometimes, that God has not heard my prayers. However, that is a lie from the pit of hell. I will continue to pray for my healing. Wow... I'm 26 and I got baptized when I was 6 and I've always grown up in the Adventist church and I haven't been to church for almost 3 years now and this just open my eyes even more...

The only part I never went through was being angry at God because it’s after losing my dad at age 9 I decided to give my life to God at age 17. Pornography became my best friend to the point of addiction at age 9 even up until the age of 23 but I only knew it was wrong because adults would say it is but never knew it was a sin . When I found out that it’s a sin it felt impossible to get rid of . But I was willing and hey! There is a God indeed....we only need to be willing and obedient. Physical obedience is better than spiritual sacrifice. We overcome by the words of our testimony! We go through things to help others and prove to others that there is indeed a God in Heaven. Lovely testimony. God be with you always !

I went through something very similar as you, I'm currently 15 yr/o and I've been struggling with masturbation for over 11 years as a result of what happened to me during my childhood and your testimony motivated me to share mine . And truly true happiness can only be found in Christ. Even as you shared your testimony God revealed to me the many spirits that works behind all this. Hey am a Clarendonian too also new to your channel I'm so glad that you did this video because everything that you spoke about I'm currently battling it as well. I'm a Christian but I can feel that the connection that I'm supposed to have with God has weakened. When I got baptized my Grandmother once told me that this is the part of your life where the struggle will begin and that I should trust God and lean not unto my own understanding and in all my ways I should acknowledge him and he'll direct my path. I know that one day I'll be able to give my testimony but God is still working on me so until then I'll continue try to live the life that he want me to live🥰🙏

Zhara I’m going through such a painful period of my life because of this chronic illness that I’ve been dealing with for 3 years now. Despite how hard I’m trying to cling to my faith and hope that things will get better, I can’t help but feel depressed and frustrated with God. So it’s like I’m still worshipping and praying occasionally but I can feel my heart withering and I’m not sure what to do anymore. I’m asking for your prayer please because I’ve been suicidal many times and some days the pain is so unbearable I don’t want to deal with it anymore.
