- CSX Local Q768, lead by GP40-2 #6909 (ex Chessie/C&O #4406) and a slug unit built from a GP30, heads south at the Youghiogheny River bridge in McKeesport before passing through Elizabeth on Election Day 2008.
Bravo!! Excellent Vid all YN2 EMDs plus an RS5t Very Excellent and rare catch!
Street running at its best. That would be awkward driving down the street and see a train coming.
I didn't realize how much I still enjoy trains until watching these videos.
Yes, one can shoot from the sidewalk in McKeesport overlooking the bridge, it is safe as well, but usually just watch yourself since its not much of a friendly neighborhood. If you want more information to it, just let me know and I'll be glad to help
Just A Well Done Video All Around Sir! I thank you for posting some action on the CSX Mon Subdivision, which i am local to.
Wow, the quality of this video is absolutely amazing. Great video, location and fall foliage.

These are cool Jason. wish YN2 was still big.
Does this local run as far south as Newell yard? If so I've seen it with a caboose a time or two, which is rare these days.
