Actually I was finding the answer to fourth verse.It mentions humans that they are created in pain but if pqin is only meaning then Adam(p.b.u.h) when living in Jannah didn't suffered from it and he(p.b.u.h) wasn's created with it.

There are so many Muslims around the world going to bed hungry, might not even have a bed to go to. Muslim Refugees In almost every corner of the world, yet we are so much concerned about small trivial rituals matters, ie: debate over who has more Taqbir in Eid prayers.
I see what your saying but the entire world won’t come to a stand still halt because something happening thousands of miles away
1. I swear by this city (Makkah);
2. And you are free (from sin, to punish the enemies of Islam on the Day of the conquest) in this city (Makkah),
3. And by the begetter (i.e. Adam) and that which he begot (i.e. his progeny);
4. Verily, We have created man in toil.
5. Thinks he that none can overcome him?
6. He says (boastfully): "I have wasted wealth in abundance!"
7. Thinks he that none sees him?
8. Have We not made for him a pair of eyes?
9. And a tongue and a pair of lips?
10. And shown him the two ways (good and evil)?
11. But he has made no effort to pass on the path that is steep.
12. And what will make you know the path that is steep?
13. (It is) Freeing a neck (slave, etc.)
14. Or giving food in a day of hunger (famine),
15. To an orphan near of kin.
16. Or to a Miskin (poor) afflicted with misery.
17. Then he became one of those who believed, and recommended one another to perseverance and patience, and (also) recommended one another to pity and compassion.
18. They are those on the Right Hand (the dwellers of Paradise),
19. But those who disbelieved in Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), they are those on the Left Hand (the dwellers of Hell).
20. The Fire will be shut over them (i.e. they will be enveloped by the Fire without any opening or window or outlet.

The Joy and the love and the fast How He replies and talk straight to me is what makes myou chest stop breathing and stands still in the amazement and in the shock state and in the love and how much Love he has to His righteous ones and those who believed in Him and His promise it makes me cryyyyyyyyyy because that's How special I feel everyday He gives me so much love and never leaves me or left me in wonder or hanging not even for a min or a few seconds There and Then He comes. And answers me. It's those people who have a problem with Allah not me Allah tells me so let them keep oppressing and put restrictions on others when Allah has not putten any restrictions for me but it cause those who are jealous and envious to come between what Allah sunhanahu wataala has made halaal
I was reading this surah today fast i was instructed to go to page 771 i decided to hold the quran after salaht salaht maghrib it talked about the orphans the injustice the place that was people feeding off from others the way he made the place shuttered it into sand how Allah dealt with the people of 'Ad the Ad ( people) subhanallah then at 17.) It says Kallah bal-laa tukrimuun- nal yatiima Nay, nay! But ye Honour not the orphans! And I saw the tears pouring down on that page of the Mas-haf I left prints marks of my tears where dropping because I made dua before on this topic then I went and did wuzuu and performed my 3rakaats then after I said Ill open the Quran and this surah landed down on me to open and to read it in understood what it was saying and exactly according to what I have asked and He spoke through His words through His verses Allahu Akbar 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢 is as if you heard me reciting this 😭😭😭😭😭😭 But it didn't matter enough heard Allah heard me and opened to me the exact page and what I had enquire or required of Him Subhannallah
And it didn't take long as soon as I asked and HI'm being aware of my needs and what is botherering me and what I hate to see going around me Allah didn't delay even for a second just afree I performed my 3rakaats and longed my prostration on my sujuud and keep asking him whatever I was asking and communicating with him as soon as I had finished my salaht 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢wallahi laadhim I hold the Mas-haf surah Al Farj was facing me starring at me looking at me right through the eyes I couldn't escape that page because it was just there 30. Short surah but talked exactly what I was bothered with and had communicated with him about. Which I do frequently and never has Allah never answered me or talked to me through His kitaab
