Almost a year after explorer Benedict Allen was robbed and lost in Papua New Guinea, he decided to go back to different countries he’s travelled to in the past 35 years, to visit and give thanks to those that have saved his life and shown him how to survive. There was one woman in particular who he was very keen to reconnect with in the Amazon jungle, as she saved his life many years ago and guided him to safety. He’s now touring the UK to share his story and the knowledge that he’s acquired through years of curiosity and exploration.
