    Hello John, hello Nick! Thanks for posting this. I just recently became an alternate steward for these reasons talked about! There are so many different theories out there on where do we go from here? I appreciate you guys giving the correct and informative information to the rest of us!

    Yeah, just about all the managers shouldn't be managers. Most have no manager experience, and they get put in that position. Makes no sense at all. Good luck on the new contract, whatever it will be. The CCAs definitely deserve more pay and especially the starting pay, what a joke for this kind of job.

      They pick the bad employees to become management I've noticed. I don't understand it.

    The supervisor beat up the carrier so bad the carrier went to the hospital. The supervisor was charged with assault and arrested. Yet the supervisor is still working? Are you serious?

    Carriers. are the best craft of the Post office, we'd will get better contract because of the language in the article 8 of the Post office constitution agreement

    To improve and modernize the postal service, to reorganize the Post Office Department, and for other purposes.
    "( c ) As an employer, the Postal Service shall achieve and maintain compensation for its officers and employees comparable to the rates and types of compensation paid in the private sector of the economy of the United States.
