Very soon... Amazon replaced my defective Rode PodMic two days ago and I'm almost finished dialing it back in. Absolutely stoked to get back into my regular recording groove and immersing myself in some old school EverQuest ASAP.
Thanks man... 25 years later and nothing quite does it for me like classic EQ. As for the videos, I still have a lot to learn and work on so hoping I only get better from here... just going to keep chilling and going with the flow. There's enough high octane content on RUclips so I'll be sticking to my own vibe. Thank you again
Hah, the gamer piece is so true for me as well on so many levels. It's hard to even put my finger on why, but it's hard to find a game I actually like. There are some solid rpgs that have held up.
LOL yes at 23:10 I did make that statement but also in my defense, I grew up playing everything from Commander Keen, to Space Quest, to Quake, to Ultima 8, Baldur's Gate (& other RPGs) and all the Blizzard games, etc. But as for modern games? Not one has been able to hold my attention the way EverQuest has... until Monsters & Memories. Something about M&M sucks me in to the degree that I end of watching their livestreams and concept art just to hold me over. Similar to how I used to read the EQ game manual when my parents didn't have our 56k internet active for one reason or another. Good times...

I was trying Quarm for the first time a few weeks ago. 3rd person view had really bad camera jitters. Doesn’t seem to be happening on yours. Did they fix it?
So it's gotten better... IMHO it's not perfect so I wouldn't call it "fixed". When in FPV it's very jumpy and unusable unless you use the keyboard look. As for 3rd person view, I know Secrets tweaked it a bit since launch, I messed around with the mouse look sensitivity, and I change the FPS limit according to instructions I found on the forum (or discord)... ... hold that thought on the last bit. I'm going to go look through my notes and find out exactly what I did and respond with my exact settings.
I had to look this up but it's now officially on my TO-DO list. I'll do an @ message to you on this comment when I finally get around to it. Thank you for the suggestion - excited to try it out.

Quarm finally got a great fix in. The camera is now almost as good as any other client, only missing the mouse one third person rotate option 🙂
