In my opinion, probably the best pistol TM has made until today. You will enjoy throwing some Guarder steel or aluminium parts on it. Guarder parts fit very good. You´ll just need a little sanding here and there. Not much. Only one advice: You can keep TM internals, but I would highly suggest to buy a steel slide catch and a steel recoil spring guide. 😉
@@jmamcj yeah I think I have to agree with you there. Oh don’t worry, that’s all in hand… I’ve been collecting parts for this for two years and when my next order gets delivered I think I have EVERYTHING, like every single guarder part! Definitely looking forward to getting this built though!
I've been in love with this thing but was never comfortable with a marui. even though they are considered the best. my concern is feel. how much do you think I weights. 95% of gbbr are a bit close some equal to the real thing but if you've been around any real steel that is the same as a gbbr the eights are allways in a different aara. I've got 7 umarex and a baby bird and my g19 gen 3 weights few oz.'s less than my allegded real one but you can always tell just by holding them even closed eyes. what does this feel like? im a bigger car guy than airsoft. im a V10 F! era lover at 50 I've seen many different engines in f1 and they were far superior sounding also the best sounding car in the world is a V10. Porsche Carrera gt/gemballa mirage. anyway would it feel totally different with a pock metal frame and slide or is this weighty at all. I only use compacts have 2 subs and hate 1911 except this one. cheers mate
@@gregoryfranks7347 yes I felt exactly the same before I got my hands on one. I had the armour works version and that felt good in the hand. This one, as far as handling goes, it feels as good as the the aw imo, probably slightly better. The plan with this is it will be built with guarder parts, so this will ultimately be of a very similar weight and feel to the real steel pistol, I’ve been collecting parts for it for over 2 years now and when my next order is delivered I will have every part that guarder makes for this, so that should improve feel massively. Ah yes! Also another f1 fan here! I’ve been watching it since 1995, and have watched every season since! Cars have always been a passion of mine, however airsoft has taken over in the last 5-6 years, because I can work on them in the comfort of my own home without the need to be getting rained on or freezing cold 😂
I have the real McCoy Colt Defender plus..great copy here..cheers brother..😎
Very jealous! 😮
