Hey everyone, please keep watching and check out my most popular video next "8 Knots Everyone Should Know" ruclips.net/video/Q9ruvjEDvTg/видео.htmlsi=Z-fQDJxeXJMWNRl3 and if you're looking for a gift for the person who loves to learn about and tie knots, check out the 50 Knot Journal amzn.to/468zKJI a small book I created to help fund these videos. Thanks for watching 🙂

Excellent videos and reasonable clear to understand. The only comment that I feel would help is a grey background so we could easier follow the black whipping cord that can get lost in the background. But overall: A+ thx

Nice presentation! How do you determine how much whipping twine to use? Do you have a formula to do the calculation?

Great video! Very clear instructions and easy to follow. What would you say is the strongest whipping?

Thanks, I'd say probably the spiral whipping because it uses half hitches throughout but I haven't tested any for strength so that's just a guess.

Thanks for this! Is nylon micro cord the strands found inside 7-strand 550 cord?🤔

It’s similar but not the same, microcord is made as a finished product and more stable and easier to work with. The inner strands of parachute cord can be used but you will find them thin and slippery.

      Got it! Thanks!
I'll look locally for "micro cord". I'd like to avoid shipping. Any recommendations for U.S. stores?

To bad your thumbs are in the way of a clear view of what you're doing! Can't even figure out what you're doing with the constrictor knot!
