CHEAP $4.00 DIY ENDURO TUGGER PULL STRAPS 2017 KTM 450 EXC-F

On the last ride with Clyde he showed me his DIY PULL STRAPS that he made from an old tiedown strap he had at home. So i decided to do my own soin on them for my 2017 KTM 450EXC-F.
I made mine using a brand new $4.00 Webbed dog lead.

This is a great idea. Tried other straps I’ve purchased but I always have issues with the fitment of the bolts with them. Definitely going to give this a go

Hey, thanks for showing this method. It's been 4 years since you recorded this. How has it worked for you and is there anything you would have done differently since you have been using it for a while now? Did the stock bolts bend or anything or would you suggest swapping them out for grade 8 bolts? Thanks again, Cheers

I ran them for a while and worked really well but i ended up changing to EnduroPro straps front and rear

How long have they lasted over the years ?
Only thing I can think of to make bit more durable is some grommets where the bolt goes through but that’s about it
