A lot of times an expiration date is just a suggestion! I think the lemon juice is just fine! It was totally closed and airtight so it should be fine! The time you need to pay attention to an expiration date is when it's fresh food, like meat or vegetables, where things like cottage cheese or sour cream!

Tip for Aubrey: it might be a food allergy that causes your headaches. I had headaches almost everyday and then I stopped eating/drinking everything with dairy because I have been sensitive to it my whole life, and most of my headaches stopped. After almost 5 years, I have slowly started putting it back in my diet, but I don't make things with a lot of dairy in, then I will use coconut milk instead. Maybe you could try to stop eating hot chips for a month and see if it helps
I think her headaches are from drinking energy drinks! They are dehydrating and stress out the adrenals and then can cause caffeine withdrawal headaches.

I wonder if you guys already thought of food related issues when Aubrey has a headache. I can’t eat certain brands of chocolate because I will end up in bed for the rest of the day. When you keep eating things which trigger a headache you don’t give your body time to recover.

I used to come home from school with really bad headaches and finally went to the doctor and found out I needed glasses! Have Aubrey check her eyesight! Food and caffeine can also play a part in headaches! I hope that helps:)
Headaches are the worse I get them alot an sometimes turn to migraines 😕, but what works for me is a dark room, no noise and a cold cloth over my eyes! ❤❤
While I loved this video, it also made me sad. This is how my family used to be. Now half the family won't talk to the other half. One portion of the family moved several states away. Another portion is isolating themselves a couple hours away because one family member has early onset Alzheimer's and they are ashamed to be around anyone. My large happy family is shattered; now it's just my sister and parents. (At least I have them.)
Aubrey I'm so sorry you're having issues with headaches. Both my mom and I suffer horribly from them. They could last us 3-4 days, sensitive to light, nausea and vomiting. I've gone and ruled out sinuses at my ENT Dr. and he referred me to Neurology. My Neurologist actually put me on a maintenance injection (1 shot I give myself 1x a month) called Ajovy and it's worked WONDERS. My mom and I also take a little under the tongue dissolvable tab called Nurtec. I use this if for some reason my Ajovy doesn't work; it's very rare it doesn't. If you haven't already though, I highly recommend seeing a Neurologist and ENT to rule out potential causes. May want to see if there's a food trigger. Keep an eye out what you eat when your headaches present themselves.

Most of the food that I eat is out of date. I am currently drinking a fantastic rink that is dated 02/01/23 and it tastes amazing. I had a yogurt that was 2 weeks out of date and some french dressing dated 08/06/22. And I’m STILL ALIVE. You guys worry to much about food and it being out dated. ❤

Also, not a fair judgment of Addison’s hair, considering she has parts of it curled and other parts of it that aren’t curled as tight so the bits that are more curly are going to be shorter than the other bits

Aubrey’s headaches could be from many things, but don’t forget the chiropractor! If your Atlas and/or Axis, which are the top two vertebrae under your skull are out of whack you’ll have major headaches and other issues. Being on our phones, looking down at screens, laying in bed, sitting w/bad posture, all can cause our spines to misalign.

I really feel for Aubrey. I began having migraines at age 14. It took until age 32 before there was a medication that would stop them. It was another year or so before the govt. put it on the benefits scheme and I could afford it. Has she seen a neurologist ? There are so many great meds.for migraine now. Daily migraine is no way to live. I now use a monthly injection and daily medication. I'm 62 now. Before meds. I honestly thought I'd never make it this far.

Did you get Aubrey's magnesium checked, sometimes that can cause bad headaches, and so can be in low in B vitamins!
Track your headaches and what you ate or drank in the day it can also be related to your cycle.

Common cause of headaches in kids and teen is dehydration. I recommend gaterade and water rather than soda, energy drinks.

No worries- the seal was intact so you’re all good. The “expiration” date is a best by indication, not a “go bad by” date.
Doesn’t mean it won’t go bad. It was six months past the date.
Five months expiration is nothing and it was sealed.😂.

I always have really bad headaches all the time too. No one knows why. It’s awful!😔😔

I really feel for Aubrey. I began having migraines at age 14. It took until age 32 before there was a medication that would stop them. It was another year or so before the govt. put it on the benefits scheme and I could afford it. Has she seen a neurologist ? There are so many great meds.for migraine now. Daily migraine is no way to live. I now use a monthly injection and daily medication. I'm 62 now. Before meds. I honestly thought I'd never make it this far.
when I have bad headaches, I sometimes take potassium even magnesium if it is really bad but everyone different reason for headaches.
Not sure if Aubrey has already tried - aromatherapies/essential oils or magnesium or an elimination diet or other natural things for her headaches? Hope she gets better soon ❤🙏🏽

When I put a shelf life on stuff usually it's to sell more . Stuff like lemon juice is probably okay for another year after it's expiration date.
Take Aubrey to doctor and see if you guys can get her medicine for her headaches. Also didn’t you guys mention once how she’s allergic to something? Maybe it’s something she’s eating. Try an elimination diet
