yeah melting points are usually the best anti large units but they also really need backup too, usually like the crawler, extended range and life siphon upgrades for it.

interesting. I rarely go for hp and crawler generation tho. I find the emp missile is realllly good

@@WujoozBlazemanGaming for me it's interesting as if they commit only to higher level units you can actually drain health constantly while dealing with stuff along it to semi be a front liner (assuming no emp upgrades from the enemy) the spawn crawlers make it funny as well as if stuff is only focusing the melting point it can help do more DMG or goes into their towers. I also like the emp missile barrage but usually don't get it unless I'm against comps there they have a lot of small chaff but I cannot get Vulcans due to opposing melting points or air units

I was the one who gave the tip of replicate crawlers countering hackers. Unlimited chaff for hackers to deal with so it makes them completely useless.

Good match. Opponent definitely invested too heavily into the flank attacks. The inital wraith fang combo was great, very hard to deal with, but quadrupling down was not worth it. Same with the hackers and mustangs. Put one hacker to deal with the rhino, just sell the other. Mustangs, one to deal with the flanking crawlers, the other nearer the front to just deal damage in that vicinity, cut through chaff.
Still, you played well, a properly deserved win.

Why didn't you put the haste module on the rhino? Curious since it did well?
EDIT: Nvm. I said this before finishing the match

Whats the benefit of unlocking a unit you won't deploy seems like you can always unlock it in the future?

yeah but you can only unlock one unit a turn. plus giant specialist does it for free so its technically your income

To have it on hand for a round later on, and it allows you to free up money later by buying it now. It's about the long term with unlocks.
