I just returned from 2 months in Argentina having circumnavigated the country, starting in Mendoza and heading south, the west and north to Iguazu Falls. I have been to 17 countries, never in a resort, and the people of Argentina are by far the friendliest people anywhere. And more than "friendly". They have a deep warmth and love in them. Oh, also, the cleanest country I've ever visited.
Sounds amazing! If you were to live in Argentina, where would you recommend?

Looks like people from Mendoza are nice and friendly, the skies are blue and sunny, the streets are full of trees, and the food is delicious ! They are NOT nice, they speak no Argentino Spanish, it's a corrupted society full of scammers, fake attitudes, other Argentines call them garcas ,
I moved to Buenos Aires 2 months ago! Such a incridible city! Much safer than most of American / European cities.

As far as apartments. What is your recommendation. I will be there march 1st. But looking online and such for a place is a little difficult and dont want to get scammed or over charged.

Fun Fact: Actually, Chacras de Coria and the vast mayority of "kinda wealthy barrios" in Argentina are planned to be the most similar thing to American Suburbia as possible. Also, Mendoza is one of the most sprawled cities in Argentina because you couldn't build heiger than 7 flats till last decade, so the mayority of people in Gran Mendoza lives in suburbia (In the departments of Guaymallén, Las Heras, Godoy Cruz, Maipú and Luján de Cuyo).

I would say don't spend all of your time in Buenos Aires f you can. Don't get me wrong, you'll love it but Argentina's a lot different than what Buenos Aires is and although an amazing place, it's not an accurate representation of all you can see and do (and definitely not how the majority of the country lives like anyway).

Love Argentina's people specifically Mendoza , it's a dream city , the architecture was not beautifully , five hundred classes of threes , clean city , splendid people , like many times in Europe , you would feel fresh air , amazing foods , culture Italian heritage mix with Spanish , you will be quiet , calm life , and more with Javier miles ,libertarian whose bring us freedom , long live Argentina I bring in my heart ... Just found your channel. Love the video! We are considering our first visit to Argentina and thinking we want to spend most of our time in Mendoza. This is helpful in figuring out what we will plan on doing. ANy other suggestions on where to stay, for example, so that we can tour the city, vineyards, and countryside woudl be appreciated!

When in Buenos Aires you must visit: Libreria El Ateneo Gran Splendid (the best library in the whole world, breathtaking!), you must visit Recoleta and the cemetery (sounds creepy I know, but you'll love it, it looks like a Gothic City), you must try Rapanui Ice Cream, my favourite Ice Cream in the whole world (and I've been to Italy, believe me), you gotta do San Telmo on a Sunday, there's an Antiques Fair that takes place every Sunday (since the ´70s) and people dance tango in the little plaza San Telmo. Also, take a catamaran or a boat ride in Tigre.

Argentina es un país inigualable a todos. Yo he viajado a más de 70 países y Argebtina es uno de mis favoritos. Mendoza, me encanta. Viví en Mendoza por 9 meses u quede enamorado de una mendozina l😂desgraciadamente la situación no es la mejor y espero cambie muy pronto.

Averigüá lo que son los Hemisferios Norte y Hemisferios Sur. Las estaciones son diferentes. Eso se estudia en la escuela desde la educación básica.

Moving to Argentina while their economy is collapsing is certainly a bold move.
Argentina's economy is perpetually collapsing since the great depression, but that does not deprive us of living a happy life for the most part, as you see in the video. As for the economy, Let's hope for Milei to win the elections and set this country again on the track of sane libertarian policies we should have never departed from.
A good option for foreigners is to withdraw money avoiding currency exchange offices or street vendors, and instead use Western Union, with an exchange rate very close to the real value
What do you recommend to find out about the real estate there?
Can you explain the inflation issues? Argentina looks great despite western MSM reporting they suffer crippling inflation.
The country always had high inflation since 1946 despite the 1991-2002 period. Its like a way of life here. What can i tell you?

Hey you may have forgotten to mention that not so far from the city you have the highest mountain of the American continent, the Aconcagua (7000 m, not feet😉, around 21000 feet)
I've been scrolling through Mendoza RUclipss searching for stunning mountain views but all I get are these 5 plazas 😢. Where are the mountains??
@@jgconnelly a small town called puenta del inca is at the base of aconcagua, there should be no shortage of video from this area, plenty of other mnts in the region as well, from mendoza its a relatively easy bus ride to pdi.

The homeowners didn't mind you filming their home? Just curious. My husband and I have been house sitters for 14 years and most homeowners wouldn't want us filming, but we're often in homes of movie producers and such, but even the regular homes are a no no.
