Ingredients
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup thawed lemonade concentrate
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Yellow food coloring, optional (I used 7 drops)
1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
Directions
1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. Beat in lemonade concentrate. Fold in whipped topping and, if desired, food coloring. Pour into crust. Cover and refrigerate until set.

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter or margarine, and cinnamon until well blended . Press mixture into an 8 or 9 inch pie plate.
Step 2
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 7 minutes. Cool. If recipe calls for unbaked pie shell, just chill for about 1 hour.

I remember when homemaking was a requirement in high school and the first item that my group and I made was a Lemon Icebox Pie. Thank you for sharing your recipe I definitely will be making this soon!

Well I know a guy that is gonna love this one. My husband loves lemon meringue, lemon tarts, lemon squares, lemon everything.....so on the grocery list it goes!

Could I substitute lemon juice and sugar for the concentrate? I have homemade Meyer lemon juice in my freezer?
You may need to reduce it on the stovetop first but I don’t see why not.
I am trying this. But you didn't say how long to refrigerate for it to set up. When in doubt, I will refrigerate overnight, lol.

FYI: hear Ms Wortham’s words.. “Never rap the spoons.. beaters etc. on the glass /ceramic bowl lip!” you’ll land w/ a glass/ceramic shard in your food! Well she accidentally did it! Sure enough.. had to throw out the food ! The glass shard was in the food!! Too late! She hated that she was all careful
