If I am making this chatbot for a client. How can the client disable certain days inside google calender? like when he want to not have any appointments on a certain day, how does that day become enirely 'busy'.
How will the customer give permission for the chatbot to access their Google calendar? In other words, how will the chatbot have access to the customer's Google calendar? 🤔
I appreciate your effort Haseeb I tried this same but am facing issue while connecting we hook with voice flow it's showing 500error and in calander events it's not asking about email for senders How can I get a solution for this Am looking for your help!!
Nice video and chatbot, only thing that I think you may have overlooked is, what if the user enters a date that falls on a weekend and the client doesnt work then. Ive found that the chatbot still allows them to book on that day. Do you have a workaround for avoiding this?
You can tell that to the use in the message block, that he need's to make sure that the date he/she enters should not be on the week ends. a lazy and easy way i guess ?
Thanks for this video, it's great. I tried updating the timezone to AEDT (Australian Eastern Daylight Time) so GMT +11:00 but it doesn't seem to work. Do you know what I might be doing wrong?
its a valuable Video. and i had a query, if i want to build a bot for table booking services. Consider if there are 5 tables, so i can book 5 tables(times) for same time slot, if customer is trying to booking 6th table(time) for same time slot, it should show all tables are booked for this time slot. please do a video on this topic sir..
Thank you Haseeb, for the amazing instructions. I have a few qts 1. I downloaded the file but it is asking what application to open it, so i cannot open it. 2. What if I want to add EST - how do i change that? 3. I would also like to ask for the telephone number, how do I do that? I am new to building chatbot thus would appreciate your help very much!
Don't know if you already solve it but just in case there is a button with a download sign next to the notification sign in the top rigth corner of your voiceflow workspace. Click on it and then a window should appear where you can select the .vf file you downloaded. Once selected a pop up notification will appear saying that the file has been succesfully imported. Then you can click on open assistant to start editing the template. Hope this helps! 👍
You might want to consider something other than google calendar if you have other customization but i believe it automatically checks for availabilities. but you could also setup a database that corresponds with your google calendar and VF would have to check that before creating a calendar event.

Just put in a meeting into the day from 10am-6pm

.
for that you need to manage Oauth 2.0
I appreciate your effort Haseeb

I am facing an issue when i run from the beginning,it doesnt go beyond format date, what could be the problem
Hey, I had the same problem. I mean you wrote the comment 4 months ago so you might know what the solution is by now :)
In the format date block, modify the AI prompt to use the current year (2024) rather than 2023.
Awesome value here man! Thank you for sharing! Just subscribed!

Thank you bro!! So helpful.
Is it possible to check availability in the calendar first and then propose available times?

Great Job. Thank you for sharing! Just subscribed!
Thank you! amazing explanation.. I am a noob in Javascript couldn't know what it means ahaa
Nice video , thanks
how you get the available times
i am getting the error available_times is not defined
Fantastic video!
Can we integrate it with WhatsApp?
Truly valuable!!!
what should i fill in the first API "Capture Response"?
How did you create the JS code? I mean any prompt that you have used..
Haseeb when 1 choose 10 am to 11 am slot it reflects as 10 30 to 11 30 in google calender and when I try again it shows that time slot is available
Its because of the time zone. You need to fix the time zone in the code.
How did you write the code with ChatGPT?
Sir please can you make a tutorial in which you integrate a voiceflow chatbot on WhatsApp or tell the steps here in the comment section
