The '74 will be a great one. That '72 and up paint scheme became iconic. Dale and Richard mentioned having a hard time finding the 43 in the pack at vegas. It was never hard to find those cars back in the day. I know all of the reasons for wraps... but you NEVER had a hard time spotting your favorite painted ride (and its sponser) in the pack.
I love you 3 guys, you guys have so much knowledge of the history Nascar and your family names history. I met you guys with your daddy at Texas Motor Speedway back in the late 80s or early 90s. Y'all treated my brother and myself like we knew each other forever. I'm originally from Greensboro, but moved to Texas back in 1973. Petty and Allison fans forever. Love your podcast!! Fan of the Petty Brothers forever 👍👍👍
The restoration of the 1974 Charger is a fantastic project. And I appreciate that you are taking the time to do it right. What a tribute to the success of Petty Enterprises! Looking forward to hearing it fire up and role down the highway. Maybe Richard would want to take it for a spin?
Another awesome vid guys!! Many thanks for the shoutout but I just dropped off the street sign. The real credit goes to Rob Meadows and Chuck Chapman of Fastlane Graphics in Greenville SC. Looking forward to the 74 Dodge resto!!
Working on old cars is getting easier in some ways with information getting more accessible, but getting decent parts is definitely a challenge. Too much chinesium😂
Do you know if any of the original Dodge Magnums built by Petty Enterprises still exists? I know I've seen one around as a show car within the past few years but I don't know if it is an original Petty car or something that was built later.
The Petty 64 Plymouth is the nicest looking stock car of all time.
Thank you, Petty Brothers for the restorations and replications keeping history alive.
Yep another good one. One of the best channels on RUclips today. Thanks.

I sure would love for Timmy to build my 440 for my 74 roadrunner! Would mean a lot to have his hands on it. Love his work

There were 7 or 8 junkyards in my area but they're all gone now. And now it's getting harder to find a reputable machine shop
Too bad NASCAR took out the aerocars so soon, would of been nice to see them run a bit longer and see what they could really do.
❤️❤️❤️

Can the guy on the right get his glasses tightened up? Just noticed he constantly pushes his glasses up. 7 times in the first 2 minutes!!
Good video, but make signs to not keep hitting the table! My errs are blowed out!
