There's no need to wait and see which characters will show up in the shop, since they're always the same every month. November is Bennet and Lisa. Bennet's C1, if you don't have it already, is an AMAZING pick up. It increases the damage bonus he grants and makes it so characters no longer need to be near full health in order to be buffed by him. It makes him go from good to great. Other than that, as your chat mentioned, saving for Fischl and Xiangling in January might be a good idea.
Don't stress too much about missing out on limited-time events Konri...rushing things in the game just to catch up to them are not worth it if it burns u out...sure you will miss a lot of primos and some important story but u can compensate the primos with exploration and quests and as for the event story, there are tons of recap vids on yt that u can watch👍
I def think that’s a great way to be mindful and self aware, that you recognize you’re being critical of yourself even though you shouldn’t be because you’re having fun. For me, I know I’m a skill issue gamer haha so I would get frustrated for sure with abyss for example, but it’s why I’m too scared and self conscious to ever have shown anyone how I played back then haha. Because I wanted to get better I sought out lots of guides on RUclips, which I think you will benefit greatly from. I’m sure your discord has a lot of advice to give, but I think it’s easy to be overwhelmed by 100 different opinions. You did mention you’d go into talents and read them and try to practice in some low level domains. Abyss is kind of there exactly for that reason, it will teach you to get better. But yes I’m glad you’re actively trying to not get burnt out and let it stop you from enjoying the game!!! I had such a fire lit in me to get stronger bc I felt burnt out from feeling weak. Building your characters in the background is a good idea but just remember you don’t have to do all the research from the ground up without any help, and that there are now guides in the game and also on RUclips to help when you want it.
Xingqui and Shinobu on nahida banner is good for u! U should try the bathysmal mishaps boss in enkonomya is a tough world boss u should try it. Congratulations on your progress.
As for acending world level, just do it, man. It's really not some grand desicion to ponder over for days. Try it out, if it's too hard, you can go back with a click of a button. Personally, I think you'll be just fine. The difference in difficulty between world levels is also less than you'd think. Only level 9 increases enemy strenght somewhat significanly, as it was added just recently for old players who were complaining about low overworld difficulty for ages.
I know it’s because I’ve been ar60 for years but I barely noticed any difference, the only actual difference I feel is the boss drops (I wish it was 4 every time but better than nothing)
Yeah, enemy stats increase about 15% or so, most people would hardly even notice the difference, especially if your characters are still getting stronger.
I remember ascending the moment I had the option each time, and I was paying almost no attention to builds back then. The only time I felt screwed was with the chi of yore quest and a few more challenging timed battles, but those didn't affect game progression.
Fischl (pronounced like "official" without the O) is my go-to archer with my Dendro and Hydro people. Try her when you get her. She works people's nerves a bit because she's an overly dramatic theatre kid type.
I feel guilty for giving you unsolicited advice 😅 but yeah the most important thing is to prioritize not getting burnt out as Genshin can easily give you that feeling if you focus too much on so many things.
I really like your commentary throughout your videos, and i agree that it is not so good to get too caught up in the meta. Play the characters you like, but build them well to keep them alive. I am another one that gets almost angry when one of my characters is downed, and i will take revenge for them. But as you said before, every character if properly hui;t can be useful, so in this instance follow your own advice and do the work to build the ones you like. Just my opinion but i think you should at least try to do the events that come up, as it gives you either weapon or characters ( for the main events) and also materials. It also gets you primos to use on other characters you may be interested in having. I never felt that events take that much time, and you can get to know the characters more by interacting with them in events. But to keep from being burned out focus on one or two units and get them built the way you want them, then repeat as needed. Genshin is so fun to me and even after almost 2 years i love logging in every day. I hope you will continue to enjoy as well.
LOL there’s actually a lot of characters I’d demote to 3* if I could, Aloy sadly being the most obvious example. I REALLY wanted to use her because she is not fanservice at all and cryo archer is great…….. but sadly she’s terrible. Candace’s kit is so awful… I think Sigewinne should be a 4* tbh. Same with Emilie. Dori is not great but she’s another electro healer which means she can do hyperbloom lol so not completely useless. Btw you don’t have to convert your primos into fates, you can but there’s no benefit at all since you can convert it from the wishing screen. And if anything I prefer not to convert in case I accidentally ever fat thumb the wish button while I’m on the banners. If you have fates they automatically get spent, whereas with primos it will ask you to convert. As a side note I keep noticing some spoilery stuff in chat and it just makes me sad and I hope it doesn’t spoil the experience for Konri……. Likely he won’t know the context but still, it doesn’t cost anything to just not spoil…
For Sumeru, I'm not sure if it would trigger the archon quest...I assume it won't. But just a warning, that blue quest marker on Sumeru's map near the Statue of the Seven, is the LONGEST world quest in the game so far. So if you wanna go there, avoid that quest at all cost....only trigger it when you have the time.... it's one of the main world quests in Sumeru, vital to know more about Sumeru's lore and worldbuilding...you can do whatever you want with your exploration progress but I hope before you start the archon wuest, you're caught up with your backlog quests and some story quests in Mond and Liyue and a few Inazuman (no need to finish all those since u can do them later) but I highly suggest doing Childe's, Albedo's and maybe Xiao? Also event recaps hehe
Enjou the goat. Even does the chad pose in the archive
Konri gave him an evil ass voice but this man has the goofiest tone ever LMFAO

You can use any team you like in overworld, it's more about using proper builds for your characters.
Moonlit Bamboo Forest got a animation
remember that enka is to inazuma as dragonspine is to mondstadt. i.e. an intentional difficulty spike despite no change in WL.

Character I would demote? Aloy
My husband has a triple-crowned Amber and buys her constellations in the glitter shop. She does decent damage. I haven't built her. 😅
Fun Fact: Enjou was one of the characters showed on White Day alongside Baizhu and Lyney... he had a flower in his mouth lol

Our old friend Enjou….😅

Are you talking about the squishy walking plants quest?
You have to do Chapter 2 Act 4 for Sumeru archon quest to be able to activate.
I love that quest
iirc it triggers automatically when you get near the statue during the sumeru archon quest
@@er_cl only if you have done the previous archon quest but yes that’s near the statue
