definitely was a good idea for them to expand production on it to fit all different types of racks! it's a cool piece. not perfect, but still fun to play with.
the version I have should be good on any 2x2 rack. they'll be dropping the 3x3 version soon from what I'm told but I haven't been given a specific date!
@@EnkiriElite Nice, it will fit! But I agree, I would love one that fits to the front. I use all my 45 plate weights on the back of the rack, it's where the weight storage is, keeps it stable so if they made it for the front of the rack, that would be gold

I'd be buying it right now if I didn't feel like this posses a higher risk than I'm willing to take. All that wobbling and getting into and out of the thing would be uncomfortable to watch if you weren't as strong as you are. I don't want to accidentally cripple myself. But it has potential, and as someone without the space for a leg press/hack squat, this is something that I would potentially buy. Also, heck yes on them making it a bench press feature. This would sell like hotcakes considering the bros care way more about chest than they do legs.
We actually had to delay releasing this video by several weeks because the piece was more popular than anticipated and they sold out of it too soon. I agree though, if it truly doubled as a chest press machine you wouldn't be able to keep this thing on the shelf!
@@EnkiriElite Yeah, I just read that on another video. Very good stuff. Good for them. More likely to improve on it now that the first version is a success.
@@koleary1798 Yeah, good point. For the price it's still a good deal for calve raises and single leg. If you have a secured rack. Squats too if you are very confident. I'm just on the overly cautious spectrum of home gymers. I lift alone and in an apartment so if this whole thing crashes not only no one can bail me out but the smashing on my neighbors ceiling is going to get me in trouble.
Thanks for the review! I remember seeing this over a year ago but there were zero reviews anywhere so I didn’t want to take the gamble on it. Great to know they’re making a 3x3 version, I will probably get that when it comes out and adapt it to mount on my Bells of Steel tower so I can load it with cable resistance! Saves time loading plates and I can then chop the weight horns down significantly to make it more compact for storage.
Now THAT would be interesting! It would almost be like a hack squat/belt squat hybrid. I'd be curious to see how the movement feels that way. Somebody else had the idea of trying to rig up doing actual belt squats using this attachment, and I have an idea of how to potentially make that work so I kind of want to try it.
Hey Alec! Is it cheating if you do inverted rows with a wide grip and with elbows flared? My uncle says it's cheating but I just wanna target my upper back.
No, it's not cheating. This would encourage scapular movement and help bias the upper back muscles while de-emphasizing the lats. I use it as its own distinct variation: ruclips.net/user/shortsl5h9nfoWUuo
Wide grip inverted rows are drastically more difficult than when using a more standard grip. Like how a wide grip pull-up is usually the hardest variation - same thing. So by no means should you feel bad using a wide grip.

One question, have your Front Delt gettin bigger ? I know you include lue raises does IT makes your Delts gotten bigger?
Lu raises are going to work the front delts. Not sure if that means mine have gotten bigger or not as it's not really something I pay attention to
A lot like my Powertech leverage machine… never know how much I’m lifting but I like it as I’m getting older
I'd consider it but 2x2 makes it unusable for me on a 3x3 rack. Might consider it when they drop a 3x3 version.

Dude I was literally looking at this last week lol I didn't buy it yet because I wasn't sure if it's fit my power rack

Why don't you have time to get to the gym? Why do you have to sculpt your wheels in the garage?
I have 2 kids, a wife that needs attention, and I run a business that takes me 50-60 hours of work each every week. You tell me.
Very cool!! Thanks coach!
Loved the intro 😂
thanks mayne
2:10 bro what was that
The subscribe button bell dings at 2:09. At 2:13 there is an artifact sound that the video editor created. Not sure which you're talking about

yeah man, definitely a cool piece. I like the creativity.
Niche is pronounced like Neesh not like Nitch.

Never heard anyone in real life pronounce it as nitch; everyone says “neesh”
Guys, who cares. lol

Same, in the clip at the start the re rack with moving the pin looked very sketchy!
It might be nice for single leg stuff though
