interesting fact about this video: could anyone notice I had just cried before shooting this video, like just a minute ago? So this is what happened, I shot this entire video and later found out that the mic had gone bad and didn't record anything I spoke, I was so hurt that I couldn't control my tears but anyway, sat down to do it all over again :) and am so happy to see your love for it, soooooo worth the pain! Love you all and forever grateful 💝

Day 80 Today, I started the challenge by describing a picture from a free resource. The picture was of beautiful scenery; in it, there was a valley surrounded by huge mountains, with the mountains on the left-hand side fully covered with two different colors of grass, some portions covered with dark green grass and some portions covered with light green grass. The mountain on the right-hand side was originally covered with rocks and some grass, but while describing it in my mind, I misinterpreted it as the same as the left mountain. Then, the valley was covered with a little forest with big trees of dark green color. At the end, there was a mountain bigger than both the other mountains, and it was partly covered in snow and partly covered with rocks, which made it look so attractive. Also, the sky was blue and covered with clouds, which made the picture look more beautiful. Then, I listened to an English speech on “Misophonia,” also known as sound rage, which means that people get emotionally upset with some everyday sounds, which makes them fall into a fight or flight mode. Next, I had a conversation on a free website where we discussed the percentage of people reading books in India and Indonesia, and the results were really shocking for us. Out of a thousand people, only one person was interested in reading in Indonesia, though the literacy rate in Indonesia was quite high. For India, out of the literate population, only 25% of people were readers. Then, I read two pages of Atomic Habits and learned the difference between amateurs and professionals: professionals stick to their schedules; amateurs let life get in the way. Professionals know what is important to them and work towards it with purpose, while amateurs get pulled off course by the urgencies of life. Finally, I wrote this small summary.

After that I had a conversation with a guy who was also from India on a website called “episoden” and we had a very good conversation regarding cracking jobs. Then I read two pages from Atomic Habits where i learned that “ decide the type of person you want to be, then prove it to yourself with small wins “ and these are big questions to answer and tough too because most people don’t know who they want to be but they do know the results or outcomes they want, so the author very simply described this by saying that “ start with knowing the results you want and then work backwards from the results you want to the type of person who could get those results. “ And now I wrote this little summary.
Day 36 Today, I started my challenge by describing two pictures from the free resource, and the thing happening with me is that whenever a picture other than human beings comes up, I click for the next picture until I get a person’s picture because it’s really hard for me to describe something other than a person for five minutes. I know the amount of elaboration of the tasks is very low today because I’m not feeling like writing, so this is what I was able to write today.
Day 6 started by reading 2 pages from the “Atomic Habits” where i learned a new concept which was , “our results have very less to do with the goals we set and more with the systems we follow”, so goals are the results awe want to achieve in our life and system is the process of achieving those results , also i learned that the only way to actually win is to get better each day . Then I used an image from the free resource given by Aleena mam and i closed my eyes and started thinking about the picture in English, the progress today was pretty i was able to think about different things where were there in the picture . Then I listened to speech which Halsey’s gave and there was one sentence which stuck with me that “ We are not put on this planet Earth to make others life easier, so be inconvenient.” Then l learned three new words today disaffected , gist and viscid. Then I had conversation with three different people and i can see progress in my English speaking skills. And now I am writing this summary about the 6 tasks .
Maam recently i was searching a job it was part time. And an interviewer called me and just asked me hay chandan are you searching part time job. I said yes maam. He gave an excellent idea that was according to him, and I appreciated his idea. In addition, I read a book. The name of this book is "Throw and Rich Man." I just started to learn this book, and I was inspired by this book when I was reading the starting pages. After doing all those things, I closed my eyes and thought about my dreams, like I was driving a car and going to my office. Furthermore, I listened to a podcast which was amazing, but I encountered some problems when I heard that podcast. In conclusion, I learned three vocabulary words: hale, fathom, and cohort. So, it was a good day for me, and I will be doing very well in the future.
Day 47 Today, I started the challenge by describing two pictures from the free resource. I listened to a speech on what decides our taste. I learned three new words: emend, suavity, and imposture. I had a few conversations and at first, I met a lot of bad people; most were having network issues and others were simply less interactive but at the end I met some good people and we had good conversations. After that, I read two pages from Atomic Habits and learned about Hebb’s Law, which states that neurons that fire together wire together. I forgot to add this under comment section yesterday so doing it now.
Day 13 Today I started the challenge by thinking about a picture of two lesbians who were just married and this picture i got from the free resource and I was able to think about it in a very nice way today I can see the improvement in my English thinking. Then I learned three new words: indication, plum and mercurial. After that I had some conversations on episoden and it was very frustrating for me because most of the partners I found there were having some technical issues so I was not able to make a fruitful conversation but at last I found a Bangladeshi guy with good connection and we had a nice conversation. Then I read two pages from Atomic Habits where I learned, the more you repeat a behaviour, the more you reinforce the identity associated with that behaviour. Also I learned that the more evidence you have for a belief, the more strongly you believe it. And finally I wrote this little summary about all the six tasks.
Day 26 Today, I started my challenge by describing two pictures in my mind in the English language. I don’t know why, but when it comes to buildings or nature, I am not able to describe them for five minutes. So, what I do is go for the next picture until I get a person’s picture, and then I describe it. I know it is not good, and that’s why I will start describing other pictures as well. After that, I listened to a six-minute English speech by BBC English on the topic, “Is student life all good?” Then, I learned three new words: extravagant, ascendancy, and declivity. After that, I had a conversation with an Indian guy on a free website, and the call was very interactive; we talked about how Dasara is celebrated in Maharashtra and many other things. Then, I read two pages of *Atomic Habits*, and I learned about habit stacking, which is a strategy one can use to pair a new habit with a current habit. Finally, I wrote this summary

Finally, I wrote this small summary.
Day 71 Today, I started the challenge by describing two pictures from the free resource, and I will be talking about the first one. In that picture, there was a teenage boy lying on the ground covered with dark green grass, surrounded by a number of the same kind of flowers whose petals were dark pink in color with a little white shade in them. The boy looked very handsome; his eyebrows were dark black and broad, his eyes were small, and his nose was a little broader. He was wearing a black t-shirt, and his smile was really soothing to my eyes. Then, I listened to an English speech on libraries, which talked about how libraries can be defined differently by different people. For example, for someone, it can be a place to study, a quiet environment; for someone else, it can be a source of power because, with a library, comes a variety of books, and books equal knowledge, which ultimately leads to power. After that, I learned three new words: “perplexed,” which means completely baffled; “bemused,” which means perplexed by many conflicting situations or statements; and “heyday,” which means a period of greatest prosperity or productivity. Next, I had a few conversations, and I will be talking about the first one, in which we shared a period in our lives when we experienced beginner's luck. Coincidentally, we both had similar experiences as we are both traders, and in our early period of trading, we both experienced beginner's luck, but with time, trading humbled us and made us improve a lot. Then, I read two pages of Atomic Habits, where I learned about a concept called “Habit Contract,” which is a contract one can use to add a social cost to any behavior. It makes the cost of violating your promises public and painful. Finally, I wrote this summary.

Then, I had few conversations on the free website with different people and honestly today I am not satisfied, I want to do more conversations. Then, I read two pages from Atomic Habits, where I learned, most people think they lack motivation, when what they really lack is clarity. Finally, I wrote this small summary.

After that I listened to a five minute motivational speech which was titled “Stop wasting your time”. Then I learned three new words: dint, faction and actuate. After that I had some conversations on the free website called “ episode” and at first I was not able to find good partners because some were having technical issues and others were simply not engaging but then I found some good partners and had conversation with them. He started cleaning my room and washroom while I was making coffee for him. He finished cleaning my room, and I gave him coffee. He drank it and left my room. I started feeling hungry, so I sent a message to my friend to ask about the time we would go for lunch. He replied saying we would go at 1:30 p.m. I dressed up to go for lunch. We went to the dining hall, which was full of our staff members. We had lunch, and the food was delicious, with a variety of options, including a buffet. In the evening, I played volleyball with my friend, and after some time, we sat behind the volleyball ground. We talked about our previous workplace and left from there. When I returned to my place, they went to their place.

Then, I read two pages from Atomic Habits and learned a new quote, “ The best is the enemy of the good.” Finally, I wrote this small summary.
Day 59 Today, I started the challenge by describing two pictures from the free resource. The first picture was of a boy, and his facial features were really good. His hair was short and curly in nature, his eyebrows were dark and broad, his nose was broad, and his nostrils were very big. His lips were really broad, and he was wearing a formal shirt with a design of checks on it, so in general, he looked really handsome. Then, I listened to an English speech on how dancing helps our brains and emotions. After that, I learned three new words: stentorian, vintner, and decadence. We also discussed a moment when we both met a guy from Bangladesh who was illiterate but very fluent in English. The second conversation was with a guy from some country; I don’t remember the name of his country, and we had a discussion about Punjabi people. Then, I read two pages of Atomic Habits, in which I learned that technology creates a level of convenience that enables you to act on your smallest whims and desires. Finally, I wrote this small summary.
Day 33 Today, I started the challenge by describing two pictures in my mind in English, one of which was of a female model and the other was a guy practicing squats. After that I listened to five minute speech on improving memory and different ways for doing that. Then I learned three new words: erode, testator and tenable. After that I had few conversations on episoden and my confidence is increasing. Then I read two pages from Atomic Habitable in which I learned, to change our habits we should focus on building identity based habits rather than outcome based habits. And now i wrote this summary.
Day 1 So I started this challenge today by talking to two random girls on a website named Episoden. It was fun having a conversation with both of them. We introduced ourselves to each other and also talked about what our motive was for coming to this website. Then I read two pages from the book "Atomic Habits," where I learned about the strategy of “Aggregation of Marginal Gains” from Dave Brailsford. After that, using the free image site provided by Aleena Ma'am, I used a picture and started thinking about it in English in my mind, where I talked about the buildings being so tall in the image and remembered watching these kinds of buildings in Mumbai when I was in college. The seaside view from the road, the traffic, and the bridge in the image-overall, the whole scenery was so good. Then I listened to the video of Aleena Ma'am, where I learned many advanced English sentences to use in daily life, using various phrases and idioms, and it was very informative for me. I also learned new vocabulary words: “extort,” “morbid,” and “lout.” Then I am going to check this summary of mine using the free grammar tool provided by Ma'am, and that’s all for today. ❤️
Answer of your last question is_ It's not hard and not easy , it is interesting and something very amazing routine of improving our listening, speaking, writing , thinking and reading skills and offcourse our vocab too. Will definitely follow it everyday not just for challenge but for my betterment😊. And thanks a lot to you for sharing all these tips , this is really informative❤
Day 35 Today, I started my challenge by describing two pictures from the free resource, one of which was of a little girl and the other was a female model. After that, I listened to an English speech on the “benefits of exercising regularly.” Then, I learned three new words: surly, flair, and badinage. I had a few conversations on the free website, though this was mostly one-way communication from my side. After that, I read two pages from Atomic Habits and learned about dopamine. Finally, I wrote this summary.
Day 23 Today I started my challenge by thinking and describing the picture of a female model from the free resource and, I feel It was a nice session. Then, I listened to the BBC English speech, about what happens inside our brain when we fall into love. It was a very informative speech. After that, I learned three new words: homogeneous, heterogeneous and fad. Then, I had a conversation with an IT guy from Singapore and, then with an army soldier from my own country. After that, I read two pages from Atomic habits. It was starting of a new chapter, where I learned about a new concept “implementation intention”, which is a plan you make beforehand about where and when to act. Finally I wrote this little summary about all the tasks performed by me today.
Mam I love to learn english from you not because that you are talking in english but when you tell something or teach something we don't getting bored so this is the reason i love to learn from you.
Day 32 Today, I started my challenge by describing a picture of a beautiful female model from the free resource. After that, I listened to a speech on why everyone loves underdogs. I learned three new words: atavism, contrived , and render. After that, I had a few conversations on the free website. I read two pages from the Atomic Habits and learned that we should make the cues of our good habits obvious and cues of bad habits invisible. Finally, I wrote this summary. As, yesterday I forgot to post this summary under this video so I am doing it today.
Day 3 Today i had an two conversations with different people on episoden and the conversation was very interacting and i can see myself getting good at putting my thoughts into words. Then i read 2 pages from the book Atomic Habits where i learned that how often we make new changes but because the results don’t come quickly we tend to fall back to our previous routines and how habits are a double edged sword. Then i saw a picture of a beautiful model in the desert and imagined that picture and started thinking about it in English in my mind while my eyes were closed and I found myself thinking and framing a lot of sentences in my mind it was a good session. Then i listened to the speech Kamla Harris gave where she talked about what USA will look like if the people re-elect trump. Then i learned three new vocabulary words which were “mite, edict and intrepid. And then finally i am writing this summary of todays tasks.
Day 4 So today sequence of my tasks changed a little bit so i started them by reading 2 pages from the book Atomic Habits where I learned about what is positive and negative compounding of habits and also I learned that how breakthrough moments are often the result of of many previous actions. Then I referred to a picture from Aleena mam’s website and started thinking about it in my mind in English and the progress is pretty good. Then I listened to a motivational speech regarding overcoming anxiety which was in English. After that I learned three new words bethrothed, disport and distend. And finally i had a conversation with an Indian guy for 7 mins on episoden website and his English was pretty good and he also referred me another website where there is no time constraints you can talk as much as you want in English and thats all for today

Day 65 Today, I started the challenge by describing two pictures from the free resource, and I will be talking about the first one. In the background of the picture, there was a white wall, and in the foreground, there was a small garden with a series of small plants planted in a pot. In between the wall and the small garden, there was this beautiful lady who was posing for a picture. The picture was clicked at such an angle that it looked as if we were watching her from behind the small plants. This beautiful lady had braids, and her hair was long and dark black in color. It looked really pretty. Her eyebrows were thin, her eyes were small, the upper part of her nose was thin, but her nose tip was a little broader. She was wearing a bright white dress and posed in such a way that both of her hands were resting on her face, or it seemed like her face was resting on her hands. Then, I listened to an English speech on whether being kind is good for you. The speech stated that the basic form of showing kindness is having a smile on your face whenever you meet or cross someone. It also talked about how, whenever one performs an act of kindness, both the giver and receiver feel a warm glow. Additionally, it discussed how kindness affects your brain by releasing some chemicals that give you a sense of satisfaction and make you feel good and happy. After that, I learned three new words: “pillage,” which means to rob a place using violence; “sentient,” which refers to the ability to perceive or feel things; and “yield,” which means to produce or supply. Next, I had a conversation with the same guy from Mexico whom I met yesterday, and we discussed, “What is more important, to love or to feel loved?” We both agreed that both terms are important, as the baseline of any relationship is giving fifty percent effort from both parties. Then, I read two pages of Atomic Habits and learned about a concept called “Habit Tracker,” which is a simple way to mark whether you did a habit. The most basic format for doing it is to get a calendar and cross off each day you stick with your routine. This is just a basic format, but nowadays there are a lot of habit tracker apps that make it easier for us to mark our progress. Finally, I wrote this small summary.
Today in the afternoon just got rejected in the interview... In the topic session as I was not up to the mark I can understand English and also can speak at easy level but after getting rejected I was like okey it won't happen again I will improve my communication skills I can speak very fluent in my mind but when it comes to speak I am blank ...so I watched your past videos which was around 3/4 years ago and then came to the recent one and I am gonna do this challenge for next 75 days and you are too good mam I have learned lot in those 3/4 videos and grateful that I found your Channel. Day 80 Today, I started the challenge by describing two pictures from the free resource. The first picture was of an under construction site. In it there was a halfway with a single room, and the wall of the entrance of that room was painted with dark green color, and the inside of the room was yet to be colored. Though there were some objects kept in that room: a halogen light, an white marble sheet with a paint brush kept on it, a sealed paint bucket of red outer color of the bucket, and in the hallway there was another paint bucket but it was open and in use. In the second picture, in the background there was a forest in the scenery and far ahead from that forest was big mountains. Also there was a land in the picture covered with grass of dark green color with small bushes of plants, and on that land there was a beautiful yet dangerous bull. He was beautiful because his fur was double coated and golden in color, and dangerous because he was huge and had big, sharp, pointed horns on his head. Then, I listened to an English speech on different ways to live for a hundred years, which stated that, of the many factors including diet, exercise, and low stress, having healthy and warm relations with others was the most important factor of living for a hundred years, and relationship doesn't necessarily mean with humans they can be with pets also. After that, I learned three new words: “pendulous,” which means hanging loosely or bending downwards, “sway,” which means move or cause to move backwards or towards or from side to side slowly, and “proxy,” which means a person authorized to act for another. Next, I had a conversation with a software engineer from China and he told me about his job which was installing devices for providing appropriate power supply to the machines used in a factory. Then, I read two pages of Atomic Habits and learned: Mastery is the process of narrowing your focus to a tiny element of success, and repeating it until you have internalized the skill, and then using this new habit as a foundation to advance to the next frontier of your development. Finally, I wrote this small summary.
Challenge accepted aleena and thanks for this video by so much of hard work it's really helpful... " Losers are thinking will do one day but the winners always thinking this is day 1 " so it's my Day 1. Importantly I got rejected many interviews in past 30 days even I have a previous work experience because of the lack of English fluent, so this is the perfect time for me to better myself and thanks for this video... Day 60 Today, I started the challenge by describing a picture from the free resource. It was of a female model who looked absolutely stunning and gorgeous. Her hairstyle was similar to the kind of hairstyle boys have, which means having short hair. Also, the front side of her hair had a blue shade, so it looked really nice on her. I was lost in her eyes because the color of her pupil was blue with a little green shade, and it looked so beautiful. Then I listened to an English speech on whether music can mend a broken heart. In the speech, the anchors talked about a female singer who wrote songs when she was in love with a guy and when she broke up with that guy. After that, I learned three new words: asperity, asunder, and gratis. Then, I had a few conversations on the free website, where I had discussions about the education system and what schools and colleges should focus on teaching their students apart from academics, whether speaking on episoden daily will help us have a conversation with people in English in one-on-one meetings, etc. Then, I read two pages of Atomic Habits, and as it was the end of the chapter, there was nothing specific that I felt I should share here, as it was the continuation of the remaining part. Finally, I wrote this small summary.
interesting fact about this video: could anyone notice I had just cried before shooting this video, like just a minute ago? So this is what happened, I shot this entire video and later found out that the mic had gone bad and didn't record anything I spoke, I was so hurt that I couldn't control my tears but anyway, sat down to do it all over again :) and am so happy to see your love for it, soooooo worth the pain! Started the tasks with describing an image in my mind from the free resource and though there was not as such anything to describe in the picture, I found myself thinking about it pretty well. After that I listened to a five minute morning motivation by a navy seal. Then I learned three new words: rave, beguile and appurtenance. Then I had a conversation with a girl on episoden and we talked about what we would want to be in our next birth. After that I started reading two pages from Atomic Habits where I learned about three layers at which change can occur. And now I have written this summary.
Day -1 ✅
As a Frontend developer, I want to be fluent in English.
So today I started my day by reading a book called "How to Become a People Magnet". The book is about how to attract people. So I read 2 pages and then I learned 5 vocabulary words: Benevolent, amiable, inquisitive, hilarious, and Serene. After that in the evening, I spoke with my colleague in English about how our interview preparation was going on then I listened one speech from TED that how AI connect the digital and physical world then I imagined a situation where I'm in a top IT company called Google and I'm building a Web application that would help the users. And how I collaborate with other employees to develop this web application.
That's all for today. See you tomorrow ☺️
Thanks ❤
❤
Hey can u please provide me any online work to earn atleast 3 to 4 thousand daily...!?
Day 41
Today, I started the challenge by describing two pictures from the free resource. Then, I listened to an English speech on whether ecotourism is good or bad. I learned three new words: waive, inimical, and refrain. I had three conversations on the free website, of which the first two were much less interactive than the other person, but the third guy I met was a very interactive person whom I had met earlier on the same platform. After that, I read two pages from Atomic Habits and learned that if a behavior can get us approval, respect, and praise, we find it attractive. Finally, I wrote this small summary.
Day 40
Today, I started my challenge by describing a picture from the free resource. Then, I listened to an English speech on losing your mother tongue. I learned three new words: pilfer, invocation, and machination. I had a few conversations with people from different countries; it was a fun experience. Then, I read two pages from *Atomic Habits* and learned that the reward of being accepted is often greater than the reward of winning an argument, looking smart, or finding truth. Finally, I wrote this small summary.
Day 39
Today, I started the challenge by describing a picture from the free resource. Then, I listened to a speech on procrastination. I learned three new words: rarefied, propriety, and belie. I had a few conversations on the free website. I read two pages from Atomic Habits and learned that nothing sustains motivation better than belonging to a tribe. Finally, I wrote this small summary.

I learned three new words: hackneyed, languid, and coax. Then, I had a few conversations on the free website, and luckily, I met the girl with whom I had a conversation yesterday, so I felt very happy about that. Then, I read one and a half pages from Atomic Habits and learned about the seductive pull of social norms. The reason for only reading one and a half pages was that, upon completing the halfway point of the second page, there was a new topic, and I wanted to read it freshly tomorrow, so that’s why I have gone for this limit. Finally, I wrote this small summary.
A huge fan of yours .You make me smile as I see your videos. Full of positivity

And finally I wrote a little summary about all the tasks and it’s pretty that I’m so in love woth this challenge that I have done today’s tasks at the morning 4 o clock on 12 September.

It also states that one in five people is affected emotionally by coughing, slurping, sneezing, and snorting sounds made by others. After that, I learned three new words: “pilfer,” which means making off with the belongings of others; “fulminate,” which means criticizing severely; and “chagrin,” which means experiencing strong feelings of embarrassment.
Day 36
Today, I started my challenge by describing two pictures from the free resource, and the thing happening with me is that whenever a picture other than human beings comes up, I click for the next picture until I get a person’s picture because it’s really hard for me to describe something other than a person for five minutes. Then, I had two conversations on the free website. The first conversation was with an Indian guy, and we talked about why we meet a lot of people from Bangladesh and Pakistan on this website.
Day 33
Today, I started the challenge by describing two pictures in my mind in English, one of which was of a female model and the other was a guy practicing squats. After that, I listened to BBC English news on how fast food is damaging our brains. Then, I learned three new words: smattering, fitful, and ensue. I also had a few conversations on the free website, and I must say that I met really good people today. After that, I read two pages from Atomic Habits and learned about a new concept, “Supernormal Stimuli.” Finally, I wrote this small summary.
Day 10
Started my day by thinking about the picture of a girl in my mind which I got from the free resource and I must say that my English thinking skills are improving.
Day 1
So I started this challenge today by talking to two random girls on a website named Episoden. ❤️

Day 3
Today i had an two conversations with different people on episoden and the conversation was very interacting and i can see myself getting good at putting my thoughts into words. Then i read 2 pages from the book Atomic Habits where i learned that how often we make new changes but because the results don’t come quickly we tend to fall back to our previous routines and how habits are a double edged sword. Day 65
Today, I started the challenge by describing two pictures from the free resource, and I will be talking about the first one.
Day 80
Today, I started the challenge by describing two pictures from the free resource.
I never heard before a clear Indian accent....I love it.

Hello Ma'am
I want to share my story.I have started my challenge today and firstly I have learned three vocabulary words: venerate, engage, and magisterial. Then I downloaded the book named "Astrophysics for People in a Hurry," which was recommended by ma'am for the reading task. This book is about cosmic activities and how the cosmos works. After that, my brother arrived home from school, and I had a conversation with him for 10 minutes, completing my speaking task. I listened to a video on the new criminal laws BNS and BNSS, thereby completing my listening task. I have now completed all my tasks.

Day 60
Today, I started the challenge by describing a picture from the free resource.
