Also what the hero tactics doesnt learn you is a forward dash into light and then a top heavy finisher I was like rep 9 or ten in kensei when I found out that was a thing (hero tactics doesnt show you the headcracker move, but it is in the moveset tab)
Ive only played this game because my son(who i barely get to see unfortunately) asked me to play with him. Ive seen some of your videos and Ive gotten a bit better watching how you play certain characters. I told him to watch your vids too!

Petition to make deflects an punishes an all that stuff with almost guaranteed punishes undodgable as well as unblockable.
Adding them as undodgable literally changes nothing for normal playerd except for those who abuse dodge recoveries like this

This exploit is like pre-nerf back dodges on some characters a long time ago, like PK.
Imagine fighting the berserker in 30fps

hardfeinting on kensei is useful. He has a 300ms softfeint GB which can safely be last frame parried. Last frame parries lose to side heavy/light, and hardfeint GB. (whats even better on kensei is to dodge forward guardbreak, which has the exact same timing as hardfeint GB but costs less stamina.)
I recently started the game and one thing i realised about playing this game is that its very frustrating to lose lol

The fact you can tell the first guy has nothing going for him other than that tech because of how much he lacks any battle awareness
I spam dodge attacks until I get parried then I switch to top heavy feint with an area attack that I faint after the first swipe then I dodge swipe again then to top heavy faint the light right they expect another area the second time
Went to hero tactics recently and started to play kenshi just like this

i went into ranked (low gold cuz im not very good since i dont play much) and the first opponent of the day was a berserker doing that crap. i did manage to beat him through bashes with Black Prior tho

@@ezhno7137 Kensei can barely punish anything unless you're god-teir at light parrying and reads. Because he has a predictable and limited moveset that can easily be interrupted. He's only difficult to face if you fall for his feints.
That's why imo, he has no offensive pressure.

Side dodging backwards by unlocking at a weird timing. Makes his unblockable finisher completely unpunishable unless parried.

I don't believe so with the amount of distance he gets from you.

His bash got buffed, so it's surprisingly good now.

Thank God, yes it is fortunately. It's still unbelievable that they haven't fixed this yet, yet have plenty of time to keep doing Battlepasses and whatnot....really shows where rhe priorities with the devs are at this point.
